Description of Work: I received excellent customer care and a timely install for a gas hot water heater. Cost with Angie discount was $1085.00. They also installed a new outside water faucet that was leaking due to leaving my hose attached through the winter. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced shower had and sealed shower stall floor. | |Replacing he head went quickly. Sealing the shower required more time because it was not done correctly when the shower was installed.

Description of Work: Called on Saturday morning as our hot water heater was not working. They responded very quickly and came out the same day and had it replaced within hours. Very courteous service providers.

Description of Work: Contact was prompt. Description of work needed to complete. Work started immediately. Some additional materials wee needed. Purchased immediately and finished all work. Installed 5 fixtures (shower, baths, kitchen); replaced shower plumbing and toilet flanges. returned to complete work after our ordered parts arrived. Replaced the wax rings for 2 toilets. All work was checked with us and explanations of work and reason for all work was given. Reasonable rates!!!! All work looks great!

Description of Work: Battery Backup to Sump Pump had an alarm, needed distilled water. He stopped to pick up a bottle of distilled water, replace the needed water and left the remainder of the bottle for future use.

Description of Work: Checked to make sure the no water issue was not in my unit. Pipes froze in the next door unit.

Description of Work: Replaced two washer and dryer valves and tightened the valve for the entire house which I thought would have to be totally replaced because it was leaking. However, he managed to fix it, so I wouldn't have to spend the extra money replacing/rebuilding it.

Description of Work: Originally they tried to fix the hot water heater by replacing the heating element and coupler. However I still had to continue to relight the pilot light. I kept called them back and they returned, they offered 100% of what I had already paid towards the water heater. They did everything on my schedule brought back a new water heater and had it installed within three hours. It works great!! I would recommend them to anyone.
