I contacted Jeremy during the week of 3/11 and setup a time for an estimate on 3/22. I indicated I would be out of town on that date and he told me that it would be OK and that he would either call or email me with the estimate. i gave him both my phone number and email address. I asked about the special for $1,399 he was offering on Angie's and he indicated he would have to do an estimate to figure that in.I waited a week and had no response from him. I called him back and there was no answer so I left a message asking if he had done an estimate. I left my name and phone number again. It has been 4 days since my attempt to contact him and still no response.The bottom line is that I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Some sort of response is expected after agreeing on a scheduled estimate and me trying to get a hold of him subsequent to that. I am glad I didn't purchase the special offered on Angie's list for his services as if this is indicative on how they do business then it could have turned out very bad.

We couldn't be more pleased with the overall quality and price. He came highly recommended from Creative Paints and is a true professional. We have already recommended him to others and will definitely hire Jeremy again!

We originally hired Jeremy to only paint the interior of our new 4 bedroom home, all rooms minus interior of closets. We were so impressed with his work the first day it began, we were confident enough to have him do other work as well, we kept on adding more projects for him! We wanted to have some custom faux paint texture done for our den which we were turning into a bar/lounge area which we thought we'd have to hire an expensive specialist to do. He was able to reproduce the look we wanted and we get many compliments from visitors. As a late request we decided to add some crown molding to that room, we picked out what we wanted, texted him a photo, and he took care of the rest. Overall he was very meticulous with taping off areas and making sure enough coats were applied. As we walked through the house with him we pointed out other things we wanted to have done, such as restaining a shelf at the top of our staircase. Not only did he restain it, but he replaced it with new wood and carefully cut the beveled edges similar to the old piece. This attention to detail was what impressed us the most. Also, after having our new carpet installed, we discovered the closet sliding doors would not close. He took care of shaving them down, and even installed new guide hardware for the floor which we didn't even realize was missing. Also had some drywall done after holes were cut from some electrical work we had done on the house to install new lighting. Trying to reproduce ceiling texture is not easy, and Jeremy did it well. Jeremy can do more than just paint, you just have to ask! Highly recommend.

They did a horrible job on the patch work. The accent wall doesn’t look good. The wall needed to be sanded down. So he painted the wall and told me he can re do the work for an additional fee. He wasn’t on time. He was a few hours late. We waited around on multiple times for him to show.

Jeremy did an excellent job painting my daughter's room. We had a horizontal stripe and three colors on the walls, and he did an amazing job. Attention to detail was second to none, and he used three coats of paint on the lighter colors, just to make sure it was done well. We couldn't be happier with the work, and we'll absolutely use him again in the future. Great job!

He was very good. We started out with the Angie's List Big Deal for 2 painters for $399 for a day. We ended up having the whole house painted and he was here for 7 working days. We liked him so much that we contracted him to do the rest. He was very conscientious and very thorough. He did good work and he was one hard working fellow. He gave us a really good price and he was more than fair on the price. The quality was absolutely outstanding. We will absolutely use him again.

Didn't go so well. Jeremy came out beginning of October..looked at my job told me of the additional costs which were very reasonable compared with the quotes I got and with the Big deal savings I was going to be able to finish my renovations. Jeremy told me he could get it all done in one day and would get me on his schedule by the end of October. I told him any day he had available was great I was completely available. He never called me back in October. I called him back the first week in November with no return call. Jeremy did tell me he was busy with the big deals response which I totally understand-I wold have liked to have my house painted and would have liked to give him a great review but can't.

I have an unfinished basement laundry room with 2 concrete walls which look shabby. Jeremy and assistant arrived at 10:30 am with Drylok paint and when finished the room looked bright and almost habitable. They also used left over paint I had to repaint 2 small adjoining rooms. Cleanup was done and I am very happy. The only glitch was that they arrived about 1.5 hours later than promised making me late for another appointment. However this was a minor blip on an otherwise professional job.

After a delay due to weather the work was started and completed quickly and professionally. I was asked to confirm the new color I had chosen looked OK. The necessary repairs and prep work were done and the house stained with a good quality stain. I'm very happy with the results. I also had shutters replaced as part of the job. The house looks great. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

He was nice. His quote was good. He did it on the spot. I went to his facebook page and everything there looked nice but there weren’t any addresses or any places that I could drive-by and he needs to do that. The reason I went with another person was because there were many reports. I didn’t know if he was good enough for an expensive job. The pictures that were shown on facebook looked nice but that was different than actually seeing the quality of the work. If he hasn’t got the reports, there is nothing much to go by but he might be just as good as anybody else, not better and I just couldn’t tell and I couldn’t take the chance but I would try him again for interior painting. He was my lowest estimate.

Jeremy worked with my schedule to paint on a day that was convenient for me. I am very happy with the quality of work and amazed by the amount they were able to finish in one day. I was pleased they cleaned up afterwards as well. My only complaint is that the only equipment they brought was paintbrushes. For everything else -- dropclothes, rollers, etc. they used ours. Luckily we had already been painting and had these materials. I'm not sure what they would have done if we didn't provide it.

Jeremy always communicated promptly about setting up appintments. He was on time, worked diligently, did an excellent job painting all surfaces, cleaned up the work areas, and was polite and professional. He also was very honest...I accidently wrote the check for his labor for a bit more than the total, and when he realized my mistake (which I hadn't), he sent a check back for the overage to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeremy Agnew Custom Painting.

Was accommodating with my needs I worked with him on schedule's to plan my job to be the day after closing. He did work me in the day after and was extremely polite, professional and courteous and he did an excellent job with the painting! It took him a total of about 2 days. Will use him again

It went quite well. As soon as they got here, they started on the job which took 5 hours. They cleaned up everything. I did not see any paint anywhere except for where it was supposed to be. They were very courteous and professional. The owner is very professional and caring. He asked me if there was anything else he could do and made sure I was pleased with their work. I would hire them again.

I will only tell friends and relative to steer clear of this company. If he could not keep an appointment to view the job site I feel he is no good for the job.

on Friday, one worker came to power wash the siding, took him 6 hoursOn Monday, 4 workers come to fix and paint the exterior wall. the job was done well,,, asked to help to paint the mail box or leave some paint... some paint was left... I want to say they did well, but not above and beyond... given the price I paid, I am happy. thier quote is lowest among 4 quotes I got.

He did a fantastic job. I have used him before. I have used him for indoor painting many times. He did the exterior painting as well. When we had new lighting put in the kitchen, he did the painting of the ceiling. He does big jobs as well as small jobs. He is almost like a friend. I can just call him and he?s here. He is very reasonable compared to the others. I would use his services again in the future.

Jeremy did an excellent job. He was extremely polite, professional and courteous and he did an excellent job with the painting! It took him a total of about 3-3.5 days to do the entire job. He was always on time and always cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire him again for any painting needs!
