Excellent! Jeremy is thorough, efficient, professional and very neat. His completed paint work is exceptional. I definitely recommend his painting services as I intend to call upon him for all future painting needs.

Jeremy gave me an estimate and scheduled to complete the job. He was able to do it all in one day and it looks wonderful! Great price, great service, and a great painter!

Initial job went fine, but then the paints started peeling and chipping within 2 years. I tried to contact them and they won't respond. My husband contacted BBB, and Jeremy Agnew Custom Painting didn't respond to them. So we have to have it painted again.

Jeremy came over the day after i contacted him to give an estimate and then scheduled for the following week. He and his assistant, James, did a wonderful job. They prepared the walls and trim carefully before painting. Their trim work was impeccable on very detailed woodwork, crown molding and a chair rail. They were kind and efficient. They left everything clean and even helped me move heavy furniture! I am very happy and will contact them for future projects.

Each time Jeremy and his crew has been here, the results have been the same--excellent!! Jeremy makes wonderful suggestions as the work progresses. He and workers are very professional and courteous!

It went very well. I have been using him for probably about 8 years. At the moment, I may not like his business because he is not responding to me for a job and I have been waiting for two months. At this point, I am really disappointed that he is not responding. He is not very good at responding to phone calls but he does good work. If he ever responded, I would use him again.

Jeremy and team dud a great job painting several rooms in out home. I highly recommend his services.

Everything turned out good. They worked the whole week to get the entire house painted. Jeremy came through at the end to make sure everything looked okay. He explained what he would do for me before they got started, as well.

I'll just go ahead and get the bad part out of the way. It was an absolute nightmare getting Jeremy over to my house. I had to call and bother him for months. Part of it was weather interference, but if there was a problem, I had to call Jeremy to get an answer, he did not call me to let me know he wasn't coming, and it was hit and miss if I was able to get ahold of him. He didn't make it out before winter so I ended up calling him and begin bothering him the following spring. I had a prepaid thing through Angie's List so he already had my money. But, Jeremy is a really nice guy, and I sensed no ill-intentions from him whatsoever. I think it's just how he does things, and again, some of the issue was simply bad weather. Once he finally came out, he did a fantastic job. He and his worker used rollers, so there was no issue with overspray or anything like that. I would hire him again...as long as I'm not in a hurry, and preferably not prepaying this time.

They told us it would be a two month wait, which was fine. We were happy with the price. It went really well it took two days and they showed up on time.

Painting was very good quality. Lack of communication was a problem. When the crew was finishing up they failed to properly attach two downspouts. Repeated calls went unanswered and his voicemail was often full but with my persistence Jeremy finally attached them properly. I understand that this was low priority while he was busy trying to complete other painting jobs.

Jeremy provided me an estimate for painting (1) a high cathedral ceiling family room, (2) my office, and (3) an adjacent bathroom. We provided him with the color numbers of the paint we choose for each room, and left the rest to him. He and his crew of three showed up on time, had the paint and material needed, and finished all but the bathroom the first day. Jeremy came back the following day and finished the bathroom. They were neat and professional doing their work, and I was most impressed results of their work. When I have additional paint to be done, I will give them a call.

I called and spoke with Jeremy a couple of weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for a quote this last Saturday July 26, 2014. Jeremy stated he would arrive around 4 - 4:30 pm at our home to give us an estimate for interior painting of 3 rooms. Jeremy assured me he had me marked down for this date/time and he would call me when he was on his way over to our home. He never showed up and never called. A phone call letting me know he was unable to make it would have been nice...I understand things happen and he may have been busy, but we should have received some notification from him that he wasn't coming. Therefore, I am very disappointed and will not be contacting this provider again.

I signed a contract in November 2013 with Jeremy Agnew to paint my two story duplex house, with work to start in the spring, when weather permitted. I was under a deadline to have the work done, so I talked to him on the phone April 14th, to see how soon he could start, and he power-washed my house on April 22nd. They started scraping May 1st, and finished the whole job May 30th, an amazing accomplishment given the huge scope of the work done. My house not only badly needed painting, but needed a lot of repair work done as well. There was a lot of rotten wood and sagging porch railings. I didn?t know how much of that he and his crew could do, but I know that if I had had to hire a contractor it would have cost a great deal more. For instance, the top of one of the short round pillars on the porch was so rotten it fell apart when they tried to scrape it, but Jeremy got a new round top and put it on, and I am thrilled with how good it looks! Jeremy is a calm, friendly guy, and the men who work for him are nice, too. They are all professionals. It has been a rainy spring, but when we would get some clear days, they would come and work very hard all day. I wish I could show ?before? and ?after? photos. But my house is beautiful now, and I feel like it has been given a new lease on life. What?s more, when I received the bill I was shocked to see it was $100 less than the original estimate! This was a great experience in every way, and I will definitely call Jeremy Agnew for any future painting I need done.

The work was good. I bought the big deal and I paid an additional amount, because my house is bigger than what was allowed on the big deal. The quality of work was fine. The problem was getting Mr. Agnew engage to get the work done. It was delayed, and I had to write a letter to Angie's List and they finally got him involved. The work was delayed by 10 months.

The job was a hassle and he never completed the work. We purchased the deal in September 2012 and he made a few appointments. We made a list of what we wanted done and he agreed on it with the price we paid for the deal. He power washed the house which worked out fine. He skipped a few appointments we made in the Fall and didn't call to let us know he wasn't coming. He then rescheduled for Spring 2013 since he could not paint during the winter. He was supposed to paint the full trim around the house and in the end he didn’t paint the hinges on the garage doors. It got to the point where I decided to finish the work myself. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend him.

It was excellent. They cleaned up when they finished. I used them a number of times afterwards. They are my go to preferred painter. I highly recommend them.

2 painters for 1 day purchased. I furnished the paint. I thought more could have been painted. Furniture had been moved to provide easy access and walls had been prepped with cracks, etc. filled. Grass was tracked into house with grass stain on rug, paint was emptied and clean up occurred in the alley.

Jeremy was on time for first meeting. I decided to have additional work done beyond the Deal. He followed up day before work was scheduled to begin. He picked up the paint for me. He showed up with a more of crew painters and agreed to do some additional ceiling painting also. The crew had the place fully prepped and were painting faster than I would have expected. The group was very fast, neat and they were out mid-afternoon. His charge for the additional work was very reasonable and less than quoted. After 2 months, I am still very happy and have no complaints.

It's tough to get a hold with him because he's very busy but he's like an acquaintance family for us. He's quiet and friendly. He seems to be barely moving but the work was done so fast.

Job was okay, but painter could have applied a second coat. I need it painted again two years later. I believe they subcontracted the work. I supplied the paint. The work was satisfactory. The date of work is approximate.

Jeremy was punctual, courteous and performed the work in a timely manner. The workers did a very good job of not getting paint on baseboards, etc. I would reccomend his services.

They did interior painting including a den and dining room. The service worked out well. They did a good job.

Jeremy Agnew Custom Painting did a good job. He was very patient and very calm, easy to work with. He is very understanding. He delivers, he delivers on his word. There were no additional charges than the big deal. He was pretty forward. We were fine. He is a good guy. I think we set it up for September.
