Description of Work: Jeremy painted my entire upstairs ceiling. He did a fabulous job. There was an area that I thought needed some more attention and Jeremy responded promptly and without any difficulty. I really appreciated that. I like things meticulous and he made every effort to provide that. That made for a satisfied customer. Thank you, Jeremy.

Description of Work: I waited for 2 months for him to come to see what i wanted done and to make sure it was covered by the big deal. Jeremy finally came out and said he could do it, no problem. At that time, I requested that it be done before Thankgsiving, Christmas at the latest. He said he didn't have his schedule with him & would call me to schedule. After waiting for another month, he call one night and said he could come the next day. I explained that I could not make the appropriate arrangements on such short notice. I asked to schedule a specific date that the work would be done. He said he wasn't sure, but thought he could fit it in the following week. It has now been another 3 months and he has not called or followed through on the agreement. I was told by and Angie's Big Deal customer service agent that I could have my big deal refunded. I have had it and would like my money back at this time.

Description of Work: I purchased Angie's List deal and then contacted Jeremy to come to house to review. As long as three months later I did not hear back and called on numerous occasions to follow-up and ultimately contacted Angie's List for a refund for the special deal. I wish I could give a more positive review but have limited exposure now to this contractor. I do commend Angie's List in a prompt and full refund for the money I spent for the "big deal".

Description of Work: Great painting of exterior trim, Shutters, and doors, including replacement of pieces of wod trim. Staining of deck and rails and fence. Touch up painting of interior.

Description of Work: They work only M-F during business hours. I couldn't take off work, but arranged for them to enter the new unfurnished home without me. They painted a living room (35 x 12 feet) with 2 colors, a kitchen (20 X 12), 2 bathrooms and a partial bedroom. I had prepared the rooms for them by taping baseboards, spakling, sanding and removing all outlet covers. While I had hoped they could get more done, they did an excellent job cutting in along the celing and around cabinets. I am very pleased with how it turned ouit.
