Came out the day after going on to HomeAdvisor and charged my AC. The coolant is crazy expensive, but that is not their fault. No complaints with Tony or his company.

A+++. I ve never been so pleased with a company as I am with Holloway! Tony came out the morning after my A/C went out. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it in no time! If you look at reviews from other HVAC companies, they all say replace A/C and replace furnace . Holloway reviews say repair . Tony was able to save me time and money by fixing the issue and not just telling me it needed replaced. I will 100% use Holloway for all future services and recommend them to all my friends!

Russell was the first to answer my request for service and was professional and responsible. I had to postpone the appointment a couple times and Russell was happy to get me back on his busy schedule. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone seeking assistance with their heating/cooling needs.

The tech Tony came out he was great I set appt. Thursday but I asked him if he could come today if possible he said he will try he called me said he can be out in 20min. He was great don't see many like him anymore he deserves a raise he did a great job.

Tony was very responsive to my initial request for a quote. He walked me through some potential causes of the problem I had with my furnace and gave me estimate ranges for the fixes. He was able to come out personally the next day and troubleshoot the problem. He was able to fix the issue quickly. He was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. His price was very reasonable, and he made some recommendations for other preventative maintenance I might be doing. I would definitely hire Holloway HVAC again.

Quick and easy.

I contacted Tony on a Sunday afternoon when he was Christmas shopping with his kids. He was pleasant and professional and set an appointment for me immediately. He asked if he could show up early for the appointment and performed the thermostat installation immediately. A+. We need to support more businesses like Tony’s, he’s good people.

Fast service. Came the same day I contacted him. Identified and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Reasonable rates. Holloway HVAC is the only one I will ever call for heating or ac service. I highly recommend them.

Friendly, polite, and professional. Our AC wasn't working and it was a simple fix. He charged us $50 for the service call, and I believe it was $70 for an hour of labor. I have no idea how that compares to others, but there you have it
