Air went out on Friday. He originally was going to come on Saturday, but something came up. However, he came over Sunday morning (good luck finding another HVAC working on a Sunday) while I was at work and got the AC going.

Tony was quick to respond, punctual, efficient, thorough - he didn’t just assume he knew the problem but did a really thorough inspection of possible causes for our AC to not work and found the problem which wasn’t as expensive a fix as we thought. He was friendly but not chatty and communicated really well. Will totally call him again when HVAC needs arise. And will recommend to others.

Very Responsive contacted me right away. Was able to fit me in schedule the next day. Showed up early, went right to work, looked at job and told me the price and he had my part on the truck. Get value and went right to work. Finished job quicker that he said and made sure A/C was working and I was COMPLETELY happy. WILL use them again. I had another company tell me I needed to put in a whole new a/c for $3500.00. Decided to get a second opinion. Homeadvisor (I had never used this before) sent me towards Holloway HVAC. Tony answered the phone and came out the same day. He found a bad capacitor and replaced it for far far less than the a/c quote. He checked the air flow and I could see on his meter the temp dropping. Tony was very informative on what he was doing and fixed my problem for thousands less. I highly recommend Holloway HVAC.
