Description of Work: They completed the work as requested; however, there seemed to be a lot of confusion. First of all, they didn't have the right size ladder. Secondly. they performed additional work but measured the boards incorrectly. I never received a phone call prior to them showing up to do the work. I did not receive the work I was actually quoted but the price remained the same due to the fact the correct size board was an additional cost. The work is done; however, I would not hire them again as there was just too much confusion. The contractor and workers were extremely nice and professional. I was just not impressed with the overall process.
