Description of Work: I have American Home Shield coverage so I was forced to do business with A Water Solutions. The company over charged me for installing a water heater. the price was outrages!!! Their business practices are unethical

Description of Work: Tim Longnecker arrived at my home in a horrible mood. I took him to the master bath to show him the problem I was having and he told me he wouldn't work on it because I put a new chain on it. He made such a mess of my house doing the other toilets. There was black ink everywhere. He threw the flappers he replaced into my waste baskets. He was very unprofessional. I reported him to American Home Shield. They apologized to me. He treated me terrible. Very unprofessional. I would never use him again.

Description of Work: Installed a new water heater. These guys are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. Very unprofessional, left the place an absolute mess, installed the new water heater on top of water, ie they didnt dry the spot where the new one was placed, and charged $375 for a 1.5 hr installation. DO NOT USE THEM.

Description of Work: My wife and I had just moved into our fixer-upper in Clintonville in 2004. The house came with a home warranty plan that covered most items. Well we ended up having some minor plumbing problems, one of which was the garbage disposal breaking down. A Water Solutions is who was recommended. The crew showed up was friendly and on time. They were able to "fix" the disposal and told me they replaced the "Badger 1/3 hp" with a new more powerful model. I looked under the sink and there was, at first glance a new disposal. Had a new look with a plastic shroud over it, 3/4 hp it read...Fast forward to 2008. I go to use the disposal and, nothing. The disposal is an electric device and just out of warranty, so I thought darn it, got to bite the bullet and buy another one. Here is where it gets interesting. As I am taking the old disposal off, the shroud came off. And BAM it hits me...these jokers did not replace anything at all. They were able to get my old disposal fixed, but they masked that work as a full replacement. What a fool I felt like. I fell that I am pretty savvy and a good do-it-yourself and felt like I (and the insurance company) got taken for a ride. I should have escalated this, took a photo, etc, but I did not. So this is my only voice. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS....yes they seemed nice, professional and curious, but just like the plastic piece over my disposal, it?s a charade.

BEFORE THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY BEGAN WORK DIGGING THE DITCH FOR THE GAS LINE, I ADVISED HIM OF THE LOCATION OF OUR MAIN DRAIN LINE TO OUR SEPTIC TANK. HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD USE A SHOVEL WHEN HE GOT TO THAT AREA, OTHERWISE HE WOULD BE USING A DITCH-DIGGING MACHINE. I INQUIRED ABOUT THE PIPE AFTER THEY DUG THE TRENCH. I WAS TOLD IT WAS UNHARMED. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER OUR DRAIN PIPES INSIDE OUR HOUSE WERE FULL AND COULDN'T BE USED. COME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD SEVERED THE MAIN DRAIN LINE OUTSIDE AFTER ALL. THE OWNER TOLD ME HE COULDN'T COME OUT TILL THE NEXT DAY, EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE. WHEN COLUMBIA GAS CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE GAS LINE WORK, THEY WOULDN'T APPROVE THE JOB. THEY FOUND FOUR THINGS WRONG. THEY ALSO DRILLED A TWO INCH HOLE IN OUR BRICK WALL FOR A FUTURE WATER HEATER VENT PIPE. THE INSPECTOR SAID THE HOLE WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE METER. BEWARE! THE OWNER CAME OUT TO CORRECT THE MISTAKES ON THE GAS LINE INSTALLATION. THE GAS PIPE COMING INTO THE BASE
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO INSTALL A NATURAL GAS LINE FROM THE STREET, THROUGH MY YARD AND INTO MY HOUSE.

THESE GUYS WERE VERY GOOD. EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL BOTH TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND WHEN THEY CAME TO PERFORM THE WORK. I GAVE VERY PARTICULAR INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW I WANTED THE WORK DONE (WHERE TO ROUTE THE GAS LINES, ETC.). EVERYTHING WAS FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ''A WATER SOLUTION''. THEY DO PLUMBING AS WELL AS HEATING AND I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN WHEN I REMODEL A BATHROOM NEXT YEAR.
Description of Work: CUT OUT AND REPLACED ALL OUR 85-YEAR OLD GAS LINES WITH NEW, FLEXIBLE STAINLESS STEEL. PUT IN NEW SHUTOFFS FOR EACH LINE.
