WOW! The tile and grout in all 7 rooms looks new. Aaron and Renee (the owners) have performed other services in our home and they didn't disappoint. The grout was especially bad in our home, it had never been sealed or cleaned probably since the home was built in 1998 so it definitely needed a thorough cleaning. The machine used to scrub really helped our tile to sparkle and the grout is once again bright. The work was done in a professional, meticulous manner. An added plus - Aaron and Renee are pet friendly so they had patience when I needed to move cats from room to room when they needed to scrub the tile in those rooms. They've always been watchful that dogs or cats didn't get outside when they had doors open. If you want your tile floors to look new again I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience, and will use them in the future. The Monroe's are friendly, responsive and professional. I chose them instead of another highly rated company, because I liked the idea of having the owner/operators doing the work. They take pride in their work, and have a fair price.

It was a great experience. These owner-operators were a pleasure to have in our home. They responded promptly, did what they said they would do, and were on their way. The are salt-of-the-earth people, trustworthy, and efficient.

Excellent job as usual. I've used this company several times before and they never disappoint. My carpet and stairs have dogs and cats on them continually, the rotobrush system used by the owner and his wife clean the stains, spots, and entire area far better than the usual "steam" system. I like the fact the owner provides the service, he has a vested interest in providing excellent results. He's professional, punctual, and trustworthy. When cleaning the dryer vent he showed me that the dryer wasn't in the right position for the vent to work properly, he switched the dryer and washer around so the dryer vented optimally. Above and beyond service.

The service that Monroe Carpet Care provides is terrific. They were able to come out right away to give us an estimate and our cleaning was able to be scheduled quickly as well. They did a terrific job on our carpet and were able to get the cat urine smell out.

We called them, described the work and they provided an estimate over the phone. They arrived when they said they would, and did a great job. They honored their estimate and did some additional work upon request for a reasonable price. Everything looks and smells great. Both Aaron and Renee showed up together and worked as a great team. They were professional, friendly, personable and honest. I also learned that they do Air Duct Cleaning and will clean up fire and water damage. I would highly recommend them.

This company does an excellent, thorough job. This is a better process than a typical steam cleaning. The machine used to clean the carpet has rotor type brushes which cleans deeply. The carpets are rinsed with clean water, there's not a trace of sticky residue from soap. My carpets are 11 yrs. old and after this process they look new and stay looking new for a long time. I highly recommend this company.

Appointment was scheduled promptly on first phone call. Arrived on time and visit was a success in all aspects. They did a good job on the carpet and were attentive to areas I pointed out as needing extra attention. I thought the rotary method for the carpet was great. They worked hard and were friendly and low pressure. I thought price was very reasonable. It was nice to support a family business in my neighborhood. I will recommend them.

Excellent company. They don't use a wand, instead they have a machine with rotating scrub brushes which attains a much deeper, cleaner finish. Pretreated old pet stains first, used the scrubbing machine which in fact doesn't mix wash water with rinse water like so many companies use. The carpet is 10 years old and looks brand new. There was no sticky residue left after drying. I will recommend this company to everyone. They were careful along the corners of the walls so the hoses didn't scratch the baseboards and walls. An "A+" job.

I called Mrs. Monroe about cleaning a carpeted area in my family room. She and her husband came out two days later and quoted me a price of $100. That sounded good to me. They used a new process that leaves the carpet fairly dry after cleaning. They worked very quickly and efficiently, moving furniture and immediately cleaning. I don't think they were here for more than three hours. As we talked, they mentioned that they do duct cleaning too. He took a look at my dryer duct and quoted $100 to do that too. Again, they were a very efficient team, doing the job quickly and cleanly. The dryer duct was more complicated than the usual dryer duct job as mine is vented through the roof instead of the wall. They were very polite and businesslike, very efficient and left no mess of any sort behind. They did very good work as well. The carpet was pristine when they left and the dryer is running more efficiently now. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

We were very impressed. They show up when they say they will and even call ahead. They came the night before to pre-treat the carpet. They are very nice people. They made great suggestions to keep our carpets clean with our animals. We have been very enthused about them. They clean up any mess that they make.

Mr. Monroe was on time, very professional, explained how his cleaning process worked, and did an excellent job removing stains from the carpets. He quoted $250 over the phone, but only charged $200 as the job was not as large as he had calculated.

THE CARPET WAS MUCH CLEANER, AND DRIED FASTER THAN WHAT CLEANERS HAVE DONE IN THE PAST USING A WAND. THE SOFA WAS ALSO VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED NICE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND UP FRONT WITH NO HIDDEN COSTS. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY COMPLETED THE WORK HIMSELF ON A SATURDAY, WHICH MADE IT VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME.
