They did a really good job. She didn't have my appointment on her calendar, but when I called to see where they were at, she got someone to my house within 10 minutes of me calling.

It was great! They placed plastic under furniture feet to shield from wetness (to prevent rust). They politely asked where to get the hottest water for spot treatment and proceeded to spot treat the heavily soiled areas multiple times. They were very conscientious of my property, both inside and outside, While one operated the shampoo equipment across floor, the other person held the back end of hoses up and away from the furniture to prevent it touching or dragging against it. They did not waste any time getting started and getting it done promptly. Thank You.

Great job -- prompt, courteous and professional individuals. Cleaned the carpets and I later had them return to clean airducts. I can't remember exactly what we paid for the services, but both times seem fairly priced.

Monroe Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our carpet numerous times. They always respond to phone calls and scheduling is very easy. Their work is absolutely fantastic. We could not be happier with their services.

They cleaned the entire house carpets. Several stains and rough shape. They are always amazing. Just a nice couple of people all around. I enjoy using them and try to every time something comes up. I refer them out as well to friends. Can't go wrong with using them.

I called Monroe after researching reviews on Angies List and checking out their personal website which had a lot of very helpful information. I have 3200+ sq. ft. house with a split system (in other words a LOT of vents and ductwork). Since my house was built in 1984, I am pretty sure the ductwork had never been cleaned out. Same for the dryer vent line which runs approx. 15-20 feet through my crawl space. This is a family owned and operated business and it took the entire crew to do this job. They were punctual and very professional and did a MAGNIFICENT JOB!! THe air in the house smells so much better and less musty, and it was frightening the amount of crud and construction debris they pulled out of the vents. We had a plumber over at the same time and they were easily able to work around that contractor with no issues. Aaron, his wife, and his son were very pleasent to chat with too. When they were done with the work, you would never know they were even in the house! I am fairly sure they left my carpet cleaner when they left than when they got there! The only regret I have is not asking for an estimate for them to clean the apholstry on my couch! The charge for all the work was $475 (which is below average if you read reviews), and that included a discount for Angies List members. I would definitely recommend Monroe, and fully intend on asking them about my dingy couch!

The Monroes had left such a great impression after cleaning the carpets in our previous home, there was no question of whom we would use to clean the air ducts in our new one. Just as before, they were punctual, professional yet friendly, and extremely proficient in the work they performed. Aaron even pointed out things about our furnace filter and air ducts that no one else had ever mentioned - not the home inspector nor the heating and cooling guys. The Monroes removed an excessive amount of black "gunk" from our air ducts (along with drinking straws, children's artwork and a partial roll of toilet paper left behind by previous owners). The difference in air quality was immediate (the 'funny' smell of the home was gone and we're not experiencing as many issues with indoor allergens). Our home even seems to heat more efficiently now. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

They came on fairly short notice during the holidays and did their usual good job. They notify us by email when they have a special, so the price was discounted $25.

We had some bad spots in our living room and especially in our walkout basement,. The carpet was also old. I couldn't believe they got the large stains out plus they have not come back! When they were finished with all the rooms, the carpet looked brand new and bright again! They did an exceptional job!

They were prompt and very professional. Over all nice people. I was very pleased. Our ducts had never been cleaned. Our home was built in 1978. Needless to say they cleaned out a lot of dirt. Very satisfied.

I was in desperate need of having my condo dryer vent cleaned out. I had been renting out my unit and the association hadn't cleaned it out in years. So I found Monroe on here and gave them a call. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. They were able to get me on the schedule within two days, gave me an approximate time and even called on the day of to say they were running early! Upon arrival, Aaron discovered that the vent needed some additional attention and explained it in detail to me. I was aware that the venting/duct work was a bit of a mess, so I agreed to pay the additional amount for a more thorough cleaning- especially since in its current state it was a fire hazard. Invoicing and payment went smoothly as well. I will definitely be contacting them again for future work!

Aaron Monroe and his son arrived punctually and were professional , while scrupulously cleaning out my air ducts. They took great care in doing a thorough job. Their technique of brushing the dirt off the insides of the duct walls, while using pressurized air to force the debris into a large, sealed waste bag, was most effective in removing decades of dirt, toxins, dust, dust mites, pet hair, human hair, you name it kind of nasty stuff from my air ducts. Their price for this service was a bargain, too! Several other air duct cleaning companies were asking far more money, yet only used pressurized air to clean the air ducts. I am so glad I chose Monroe Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning to clean my air ducts!

They were very flexible about scheduling it as we were arranging the cleaning around the closing of a home we purchased.

Aaron (the owner) was excellent from start to finish. First he was able to get me right in, as well as educate me on the dangers associated with letting lent build up (the fire was enough for me). He came and his wife came (which was real nice, because my wife was at home without me). They were very thorough. He not only moved the dryer for us, which was new and recently delivered by a Big Box Store (chain), but he cut the dryer vent hose, and also realigned and educated us on the importance of keeping it from getting pinched. We also got a quote on Air Duct cleaning, and he gave us a deal on the Air Duct/Dryer Vent cleaning, even though we had to reschedule due to our own reasons. Of course he was available to get us in quickly. You will not only get good service from them, but you will feel good about your purchase. I would definitely use them again, and I have already recommended them to a co worker.

They were courteous prompt an professional. It is not easy to gain access our 2nd floor condo for cleaning. They made it work.

I was house sitting for a couple while Munro did their house. I was very impressed and asked them to come by and give an estimate at my home. They did and I agreed on the price. We set a date and they were prompt and started working when they arrived. They did everything they quoted on and they got out as soon as they were finished. Everything was cleaned up before they left.
