Description of Work: I was so happy with the gentleman that came out to change the wheels on my door. He detected a bend in the metal and fixed it, no charge. We were also talking about other issues in my home (wet basement wall after having drain tiles installed) and he immediately showed me the issue (water coming into the garage from a poorly graded driveway). And why was he so nice? "I hope you will use us again when the time is right". You bet I will!

Description of Work: They replaced the spring on the garage door. Showed up earlier then estimated and were proffesional and courteous. Ihave used them before and would use them again.

Description of Work: The garage door was binding due to the chain-link getting caught on the opener gears. The reason for this was due to a previous chain repair done incorrectly. The technician new exactly what to do by making adjustments to the chain, opener settings, spray lubing all the sticking points and re-aligning the eye sensors. When finished the door worked great. No problems since the day it was repaired. I would recommend them to everyone!
