Mr. Hessco was very professional and prompt. He returned my calls within an hour which was very impressive. The faucet replacement was done quickly and perfectly. I'm very pleased.

Mike Hess, owner of Hessco Plumbing, has been our personal plumber of choice for approximately ten years. We first met Mike when he worked for another company, and found his level of professionalism so outstanding, that we began to request him personally, when ever we needed any plumbing service or repair. When Mike began his own plumbing company, we speciifically sought him out after we moved into our new place. Mike always returns our calls promptly, and he stands behind his work. I cannot think of anyone who more deserves an A+ rating from Angie's List than Mike Hess (Hessco Plumbing), and I definitely recommend him without any reservations.

They arrived early which was good! Assessed the job, gave me an estimate with their suggestions. I then decided what I wanted done. They were courteous and efficient. Spent more than I planned but quality products installed!

Purchased Angie's Big Deal for a outdoor hose bib connection replacement. Hessco Plumbing called me within a couple days to schedule which was great since I would have let it sit for awhile before getting it scheduled one my own. Two guys came slightly ahead of schedule. (forgot their names). They were polite, clean and good at communicating with me. I had another contractor at the house at the time, so I did not watch them too closely but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they replaced the spicket. They had to cut a hole from inside the basement to be able to remove the existing faucet and cut away a bit of the existing pipe prior to soldering the new "bib" to the existing pipe, but they explained it all to me first and it was at no extra cost to me. The new spicket/bib works great. One thing I would have liked was having an option of the type of spicket being attached, rather than just accepting what they gave me. That was my own fault for not thinking of asking about the product they intended to use and the options available. I have no reason at this point to doubt it's quality, but I feel like I may have overlooked something by not investigating it further. (Should I have asked for frost resistant, or is this one already top of the line? What is the warranty/lifetime.... Hindsight is 20/20.) But for $79, I am very happy with having a non-leaking faucet that turns on and off smoothly for our hose. I will use them again when we are ready to replace another faucet. I also inquired about their pricing for downspout/storm snaking and they seemed reasonable and knowledgeable so I will likely call them back for that service as well.

They took a look at the faucet and tried to say it'd be $189 not the $79 that I purchased due to the type of faucet I have.

Unfortunately they hit an electrical line while working to hide the pipe but it only cause a minor snag and they compensated us fully for the electrician's repairs. Other than that they were very helpful, nice and easy to talk with and answered any questions we had. We will call Hessco again if we have further plumbing needs.

we have been peace mealing this shower job five years finally, my husband said call a family saw hessco on a.h.(which) go to for 5 good rated noknow) They dud the job in 3 hrs were very professional clean up. I was very happy will defiantly refer them

The problem was solved quickly and efficiantly.

The frist visit was to clear a drain and replace a toilet gasket. He demonstrated honesty by advising us the toilet gasket did not need to be replaced at this time. The second visit was to clear an overflow drain in the basement. We were so pleased with his work the second time that we had him back a thrd time to install a fairly compilicated in-drain mechanical overflow regulator. He completed the work while we were out of the house, we trusted him with the key and would do so again anytime. We feel that we were very fortunate to find Mike through an Internet referral service. We felt the price was fair, we really appreciate his promptness and professional, straight forward, honest approach.

Company was referred to me. I checked Angie's list. I called he immediately returns my cell. He went out the same date to check it out did i did the work the next day.

They do great work. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would.

Called Mike, the Owner, and he responded immediately. Would have come on a Sunday but it was okay with me that he arrive on Monday in the afternoon when I came home from work. Mike diagnosed the problem very quickly and it ended up being an easy fix. The leak was coming from one of the flexible hoses underneath the sink. Mike replaced the hose...problem solved. Mike is very knowledgeable and conscientious. Many time I have described the problem to him over the phone and he always seems to know what's going on and how to fix it before he arrives.
