I made an appointment for work at my rental property. I drove all the way to the rental and they never showed up! I called and left a voicemail to see if he was running late and no one ever called me back. Between my drive time and waiting at the property, I wasted 2 hours of my day and took time off from work for nothing. Very unprofessional.

Upstairs shower sprung a leak over Thanksgiving weekend (of course). Mike was responsive and sent out a plumber within two hours who replaced the necessary shower fixtures. Cleaned up afterwords and was very professional. This is the second time I've used Hessco and have not been disappointed.

The install of the sump was fine. However the person that came out seemed to be surprised I was asking about getting an estimate for a bath remodel. He did take down info and promised the owner would get back to me with an estimate. Once I did not hear back from the owner I followed up twice but still never heard back. The company seemed very responsive initially but then for whatever reasons stopped responding to my calls.

I called Hessco Plumbing this morning to repair a copper pipe that sprung a pinhole leak in the wall. I talked to Mike Hess (immediately; no answering service or computers!), who scheduled me for just a couple hours past my initial phone call! They arrived right at the estimated time, and got right to work. The space was incredibly tight; just about 10 inches between the wall and vanity. They managed to get in there and do the job well without moving the vanity or disturbing any other structure! They cleaned up their space and were done within the hour. I recommend them without reservation! The following are in this order: the video of the leak itself, the removed damaged piece of pipe, and their repair.

Our main line was clogged. They came out about when promised and did a nice job. Nothing too complicated. I would use them again.

Mike is great! I called yesterday and he was able to come to my home today. He arrived on time and got everything I needed done, complete in record time! He only performed the work that really needed to be done and didn't try to do work that wasn't really necessary. Thank you, Mike!

It worked out very well. He was courteous and took care of the problem. He did a couple trouble shooting as well.

They were excellent. It was very fair price. The one that they replaced from the adjustment crew was slightly dripping a little bit. I called and they were right there and replaced it. Sometimes, I have a problem with them. They came out immediately and replaced it right away. I can't give him nothing but the highest marks. They were a great company.

He came and started the job then never finished. Never heard from him again and he was 70% done.

They were very responsive, came quickly, and were very professional. He took the time to explain what happened and how I can help keep it clear given that my kitchen sink drains into a long horizontal run before it drops down.

Timely service and good quality work. 1 worker picked up needed part while other worker fixed other problems.

They provided very prompt service in our preparation of having our shower resurfaced next week. They were even able to come out earlier than anticipated which was great. Very quick and professional and our new shower fixture looks great!

This was 2nd time I used Hessco. I found them an Angie's list. They were punctual and did exactly what was quoted. A small leak was noticed at the main shut off which they prompt;y corrected. I will continue to use them as a local service provider when I need plumbing work.

They did what i needed to be done and they were on time. It was easy to get an appointment with them. Their price was comparable.

They cleared the toilet and made it work again. They were very clean and professional. Very on time and everything, but they were expensive.

Friday morning the hot water tank developed a leak and given the age of the tank was probably not worth repairing. After calling a few plumbing shops and not finding any available plumbers I called Hessco. Mike was finishing up a job close by and said he would be over in 1/2 an hour. After discussing what was wrong with the tank and possible options I agreed on replacing it since it was 10 yrs olds. Although I thought the price was slightly high, given that Mike came over on such short notice and on a Friday and was able to get the job done in time for everyone to shower before work I was OK with it. He left to get a new tank, was back and completed the install, cleaned up and was done in 3 hrs from the time he came over to when he left. I really appreciated that he fit me on such short notice and gladly recommend him.

Our toilet was leaking from a crack in the bowl. Mike came in, found the problem and told us it was an old & cheap model. Being that I have RA, it was recommended that we get a toilet with better height to take the pressure off my knee's. They ordered it and installed it in record time.

Things went well. I am going to have him back.

Came in and put a snake down the drain and rotated the clog out. However they didn't go far enough down and we still have some problem. Called them back, but they couldn't come out for 2 weeks, so we got another plumber and they did a through job.

They were quick to respond to come fix some frozen pipes I had in my rental home. Even though they were busy with other frozen pipes, they came as soon as possible and resolved the issue quickly and effectively. I have used this plumber repeatedly and will continue to.

showed up on time,covered work area with tarp. cut out old leaking drain and replaced with new pvc pipe. cut out as little drywall as possible to replace drain. also replaced tub drain. cleaned up all the mess.price charged was slightly under estimate. would use this plumber again if needed.

Everything went well. He did what expected. There were no issues with price - he actually didn't need all the hours of the time I paid for. I would recommend them because they were easy to schedule an appointment with. The plumber only had to come out once.
