Description of Work: We hired Kircher to renovate our kitchen. We had the upper cabinets totally replaced and the lower cabinets refaced to allow us to keep our granite counter tops. The price turned out to be about the same as all new cabinets and countertops from a big box store but my better half was leary of hardware store cabinets so we went with this company. The designer was so so and we found ourselves forcing upgrades and design ideas we would have assumed she would have done without our direction. It took a few months for them to begin work and we found we really liked the installer Mike. His professionalism, timeliness, and organization was the best part of the entire process. It's a lot of work for one installer so it took a little over a week to complete. The installer made no mistakes but we had a few issues with the job. The designer had grossly miss ordered our largest cabinet in the corner which required our installer to manufacture 1 from spare components and us to wait weeks after the job was over on a new door. She had also failed to order undercounter supports that were in our contract which were ordered at the very end of the job. The designer had left the firm by the time our job began so there was really no way to hold anyone accountable. The forman who measured the cabinets had over measured the height of the lower doors under our sink so they looked like they had buck teeth for a few weeks until they were replaced ! Outside of this there were a few small issuse here and there but all were corrected. In the end we were fairly happy with the work but frankly felt we should have shopped around more. Those little mistakes after months of waiting for the job to begin force you to wait weeks more and kill any sense of excitement! Again, we're not unhappy and we got what we expected.
