Absolutely outstanding service! The manager and the installer communicated quickly and appropriately. The installer was due at 9 a.m. He called to say he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he got right to work and did a great job. We are very happy with the result and called them to install another door. Same result--good communication and great service. Highly recommended!!

I was completely impressed with their service. From the very beginning they were responsive to messages I sent as well as returned phone calls promptly. On the day of service they arrived on-time, inspected the issues and determined that I had a bigger problem at hand. My door had the old style springs on each side which were worn out causing the door to pinch when lowering. All because each side was lowering/raising the door at different angles. He told me what it would take to fix the issue and provided a great deal on the service. He came out promptly the next day with the necessary parts and resolved the issue. I stopped by after work and was completely impressed. The door functioned like it was brand new. I had the old springs removed, a new torsion spring installed above the door, safety switches re-installed, rollers replaced, and track greased. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for garage door replacement/repairs.

Called Bruce, owner, before buying the $99 garage door tune-up from Angie's List. Liked the answers I got and I asked about replacing the connector for the arm to the chain. Felt confident that he would do a good job. he replaced the rollers, lubricated things, replaced the part, adjusted the arm travel, and the tension on the springs. Outstanding job! Did not realize how much quieter and smoother the door would operate. You no longer hear it in the other end of the house...what a change. I highly recommend his work for your house. We asked him to quote several other issues that we have had with a sliding door, a back door, and a screen door for the front. He said he would work a quote for us, we need a custom size screen door, and get back to us. We will review again if he does more work.

One door didn't easily open and the other one sounded like dead cats when opening. The technician showed me where gears were metal against metal. the bearings were shot. the rollers were all shot. The wires were ready to break. the springs were no longer legal. the rails were bent. the only thing that could have been worse is for an elf to sit on top of the door hitting it with a sledgehammer.

I was so pleased that he never once tried to pressure me into buying something I don't need, but he was very forthcoming about what I might expect in future costs. He was very observant about taking care of a few difficulties that I had not even noticed. He was helpful, professional, and thorough. A great service. I will definitely call this company when we need a replacement opener.

They did a tremendous job. They came in on time and did very good work.

On Friday night, Labor Day weekend, at 7 pm, my garage door decided to die. I called Buckeye Door Sales and was shocked when I got an answer. I explained that my garage door was broken, trapping both my cars in the garage. They said they would make some calls and call me back. Five minutes later Bruce called and said he would be at my house at 8 pm. Sure enough, at 8 pm Bruce arrived and 40 minutes later the garage door spring was replaced, everything oiled, and my garage door works like a charm! I am so thankful for their quick response and Bruce saved my Labor Day weekend! Thank you!!

Bruce was very friendly and courteous. They came on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently. We asked if he could do a few extras, which he did (mentioned above). His prices were very reasonable---including the "ad-ons" . We have asked him to come back to do other doors for us--that is how happy we were with him. The provider arrived on time and proceeded to perform garage door maintenance. Although we paid for one door the provider tuned both of our garage doors. The provider gave us some maintenance tips before leaving.

Arrived right on time. Quality of work was excellent. Replaced rusty metal rollers with poly rollers, oiled rollers on other door. Adjusted door sensors. Went through 20 item check list. Very thorough and professional contractor.

Bruce and his assistant promptly installed the siding. The results were professional. While installing the siding I asked Bruce if he would be interested in installing window trim in 2 bedrooms and one bath. He agreed and suggested the boards would prove to be a make a better appearance.

He came, gave me an estimate of the cost which I thought was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the overall whole job. The quality of his work and the fact that he cleaned up afterwards.

We contacted owner he went to residence gave an estimate and we agreed. The services were rendered to a home 1200 miles away. All services were completed with out us even being there. It was wonderful and professional experience.
