Description of Work: Came to clean dryer vent/ discovered problem with vent and recommended i check with my contractor to repair b-4 cleaning so as not to do any unnecessary damage to vent tubing. Ken Hoelscher was very honest and professional and I highly recommend Abbey Road Chimney Sweeps ! Its good to know there are honest and fair local businesses and they are one of them!

Description of Work: Had a dead animal in the chimney. Asked for it to be removed and for a cap to be installed on the chimney. Quoted me $175 to CLEAN the chimney, $100 to remove the dead animal, $100 to remove the feces and $125 for the cap. When I said I didn't want the chimney cleaned since it was not in use, I was told there would be a $75 service call fee in addition to the charges for removing the animal, removing feces and installing the cap. I told them I would find someone else for the job. This was clearly a gouge on their part. I would not use this company under ANY circumstances.
