North Coast Builders is a 25 year old home improvement company located in Amherst, we specialize in the installation of vinl siding,replacement windows roofing and gutters. We have an A+rating with the BBB. We have employed the same roofing crew since 1999, and siding and window crew since 2002. We strive to maintain the highest ratings in customer satisfaction and as Owner am personally on the job site daily to ensure the production is going smoothly. "While we have no problem with Grant, he is a nice person, but out of 11 windows his company installed, 4 donâ  t close properly, and 1 the vapor seal is broken & the window is all steamed up. We have called Grant 3 or 4 times over the past couple years, heâ  s come out, checked windows and promised to take care of them. He has not returned and these windows are leaking cold air. We are not very disappointed because we expected better service from him."
