Excellent full roof replacement work that exceeded my expectations. They addressed all my questions and concerns during the project, were very easy to work with, responsive, honest, hard working! Edwin, Dave, Marcus, Adrian were all excellent at addressing my unique ice dam issues to prevent those from happening ever, with addtional ice water guard I requested and custom adjustments improving existing chimney sages and valleys with much unproved saddles and waterproofing. Highly recommend them.

We found Marcus very easy to work with. As our project began, we could see that the Four-Season was going to be too small, when we asked about the changing it to be bigger (adding a 12â x12â to our current deck) just as the walls were coming up, Marcus whole heartily agreed and very quickly adjusted to this big change. We love our BIG room and feel that it was always meant to be and Erbâ s Construction made it possible.

Marcus and his brother did a great job and were very professional. Finished my deck in a day and cleaned everything up and hauled away all the old wood. So glad he was able to take the table and benches without any issues. Would definitely recommend!

Mr. Erb was punctual, did exactly what he said he would do and gave me a marvelous deck. Originally, we were going to replace half of the decking. When he suggested replacing it all for the overall beauty and serviceability of the deck, I knew he was a craftsman and he wanted me to be a satisfied customer. And I am!

Marcus did a great job repairing leaky roof. Was here on-time and was thorough with his work and explained everything he did. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done.

He was very quick in responding to my request for a quote. Came over to my home at my convenience. He was able to explain the work he was going to do and give me a quote for the work needed. After already getting a quote from another contractor on Homeadvisor who quoted me a price over phone and didn't call me back. I hired Marcus. Great work, came out in the snow to do the work needed. Marcus worked very well with my in and out of town schedule. We had to keep in touch by email a lot due to my schedule. Every thing about Marcus was on time and far less expensive then any of the other contractors i had contacted. It was a small roof area about 8x12 foot. I had other contractors tell me that the job was too small for them. Marcus can handle the small or the large jobs easily. He will be the first one if not the only one I contact next spring to do my two car garage roof. Great job Marcus!

About 40ft of flashing and soffit replacement. 475.00 Came out the same day for an estimate which was accurate. Work started 4 days after signing paperwork. Marcus came to my home in mid evening to get paperwork signed. Worker arrived after I had left for work due to me being called in early. I was in text contact with Marcus the entire time who then accommodated me in my requests. Request was to send me a picture of completed work before I would release the final payment. Since I was not there and I'm not into being scammed. The worker finished the project amazingly! Worked straight through past dark. Was using a flashlight to finish. The company even cleaned up the mess before leaving. Which is something I had forgotten to ask about. Over all, this company has incredible employees and honest business character. Everything I had forgotten to ask about, they took care of. They treated my family and home as if we were their family. Next roof project we have is immediately theirs if they want it. I would recommend them to my family and anyone in need of exceptional and reasonable work. If you hire this company you won't be taken advantage of or disappointed. HIRE THEM and then pass it along. Great job guys!
