Ehrlich Pest Control

We were talked into signing on to a monthly program and they would come quarterly to do treatments, and (they said) more frequently at no additional service charge if we had issues in between the quarterly services. Each time we called about an issue we were told that the service wasn’t covered under the monthly charge and would be an extra fee. To top it off, we inquired about a tick and mosquito treatment, but cancelled it the next day (we didn’t want the extra chemicals with the dogs and did our own organic treatment). Several weeks later, when the technician came out for the quarterly visit, he apparently did it anyway since we just received a bill for an extra $104. Horrible communication from them, horrible service. It took two phone calls to cancel the monthly program, and we still haven’t gotten confirmation that it’s cancelled. We were very happy Hoban customers, but since Ehrlich bought them out they’ve been terrible.

This used to be Hogan pest control they were fantastic. Now that this new outfit took over its horrible!! Sloppy have hearted efforts pest issues not resolved. You can't get them on the phone you get an answering service with a promise to call back and schedule. So sad to see this company lose its excellent service it's not good.

This company purchase Hoban Pest Control. We were customers of Hoban for over 20 years. Since acquiring Hoban, this company is a disaster. They failed to show up for my quarterly appointment on 9-28-19. We waited 4 hours. We tried to reach the company by phone and email with no response. They have multiple phone numbers listed and rarely does someone answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

I called a few places when I found out a had termites and it seems like Rentokil had the best solution for long-term. They do a very good job and they are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, I did have a technician that wasn't very good so I called them and they replaced him and resolved the problem. Their billing is also done from out of state so there has been a few problems with that but nothing major.
