Description of Work: The garage door wouldn't go all the way up or down so I called Action Door whom I used in the past. The door is about 13 years old and the guy said that the current was to low to it so he upped it and lubed the rollers. He showed up about 2 hours after I made the first call which was very good as I thought it might be a couple of days.

Description of Work: replaced 4 springs and applied weather strips to doors. The technician was punctual and addressed the need to replace all 4 springs due to current condition (2 were broken). Work was done within predicted timeframe and cost was close to on phone estimate. This is the second time I have used Action Doors and we would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Garage door opener broke. They were able to come out and get the door functional and the came out a few days later to replace. When a clip broke a couple months later because it was rubbing on a ceiling edge they came out quickly, fixed at no charge and resolved the issue so it would not happen again.
