I had to call a second time that same day as the adjustment done by the first technician did not work consistently. The second technician did more adjusting and everything has been fine since.

They came out very promptly and fixed it fast. It was not as expensive as I thought.

Great. The service department gave me some tips to try to resolve the problem prior to setting up a service call. I was able to resolve the problem easily on my own.

I found that the garage floor had spots of the spray used to lubricate the rails. Perhaps the worker could have used a tarp or other material to cover floor. I noticed this after installation. The garage is over 50 years old but someone with a new garage might file a complaint. I did not report this.

They were quick. They were efficient, and they did what they said they would do. They came out at midnight, and had it repaired within about 90 seconds.

Amazingly fast. They had the door in stock, and were able to install it right away.

I called on a weekend, and the person who answered told me the person on call would return my call. The technician on call promptly returned my call, and gave me an estimated time he would be able to arrive to determine the nature of my problem. He arrived when he said he would, determined the problem, and promptly took care of replacing the chain on track. In addition to that, he oiled the springs and made some adjustments. He was efficient in determining the problem and fixing it. For emergency weekend service, I was pleased with the amount I was charged. I would definitely hire this company again.

Action door installed the emergency release to my door the same day I called for service. Both the intake person and Al Lipucci who serviced my garage door were very courteous. I got a call ahead before the service. Al ensured that the release equipment is adjusted to my height, he aligned, lubricated and balanced the door for best possible operation. Al gave me instructions and demonstrated how to use the release - I would have no way of knowing this had he not shown me and allowed me to test it. I received excellent service and writing my report to Angie's List is my way of thanking and appreciating them.

He thought that we might be getting interference from a radio in the area. He told me that they could replace it, but he might have the same instructions. I did appreciate his information, and he was nice enough to just try and give me some feedback.

Technician was on time. Advised me it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete the installation. No problems encountered. After installation, technician explained safety features of new opener. All remotes were coded and all worked as expected. Good experience, pleasant technician.

They called before they came. He greased it and now it works. They answered any questions. They told us they have a maintenance agreement to help maintain it in the future.

He even helped me with some future concerns about replacing weather stripping on my garage door.

They came out after hours when the door broke and would not go up They receommended putting stronger springs in because of the reoccurring problem and upgraded to newer product.
