The quality of work was excellent and the staff were all very responsive. The project was completed on time and on budget. There was an issue with one of the skylights that we weren't happy with, and they went above and beyond (with no hassles) to rework it until we were happy. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a nice job, but there was some miscommunication between the foreman and the salesman on what needed to be done. They also didn't follow up with us right away to finish the work.

Our roof was damaged in a wind storm last year. Westside Roofing gave me an estimate of the damages and the cost of replacing the roof. Our insurance company agreed with their estimate, but would only cover part of the damages. I could not go ahead with the repairs until this year. Westside Roofing was very patient. They gave me a new estimate before they began the project because of the rise in the materials prices. The insurance company agreed to the increase and paid the extra amount. While Westside Roofing was doing the work, they discovered that some of the old siding had rotted. They did the extra work at a very reasonable cost. They took their time and did an excellent job. The roof looks great and the new siding added to the overall cleaner look. I am very pleased with the results.

The job took about a week. They were very good about cleaning up during the week as well as the final cleanup. My gutter guy said they did an excellent job of installing the water shield system. They were very professional and easy to deal with.

Gentleman came out and took his time to look at the whole job and did not rush through the process. He made some good suggestions, as well, that others did not.

We contavted several Angie's List roofing companies and decided that West Side was our choice. The man we dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. There was a delay in them finally starting the work, however, the week they were supposed to begin the weather turned foul and we ended up about a week and a half behind. The tear off had approximately eight men doing the work, and when that was done they began tar papering which required less personnel, however the balance of the crew went to the other house and began the tear of. The whole job took approximately five full days to complete. I MUST ADD THAT A SIMILAR HOUSE IS BEING ROOFED A FEW HOUSES DOWN AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, they knew the ordinances in our city about starting times and adheared to it. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and the only thing we found we were concerned about was a half dozen nails and some staples on the roof itself after the job was complete. My husband decided to go onto the roof and see what had been done and found them. We would not hesitate using this company again and would defnitely recommend them to others, Their workers were diligent, obviously experienced, and polite.

After several neighbors provided recommendations I called and made an appointment for an estimate. Jamie arrived at the appointed time to provide an estimate. He took the time to talk through each and every point. I called a few days later and approved the job. I was told it would be about two weeks for the crew to get to my job. I was contacted a few days before and the date was confirmed for the job. The crew arrived on the appointed day and got right to putting up tarps to protect the siding and windows. A trash trailer was back up to the attached garage and every little scrap, other than a few things the wind took, went right into the trailer. The crew worked like a well practiced team and completed the job in just one day. Any and all trash was cleaned up and the crew combed the yard and driveway with a large magnet looking for any stray nails. I was unable to find any trash anywhere once they were done. The final bill matched the estimate with no extra charges. This was the very best experience I have ever had with a contractor. I can't say enough about how good this company was from start to finish. The end result was well worth the price.

We had their representative over for an estimate on a roof leak. He looked at the problem and agreed to have a proposal to us the next day. We heard nothing more and found their proposal in our mailbox (which we'd checked daily) almost a week later. We called with some questions about the proposal, and the receptionist told us that the representative indicated he'd dropped off the proposal a day or two after he'd seen us, which didn't seem to correlate with our experience. The representative also didn't notice, or at least didn't tell us about, a hole in a shingle that another company showed us. The representative also never did get back to us with additional information we requested. Due to the lack of responsiveness and the strange timing of the proposal delivery, we chose to go with a different company for the work.

Very nice company, returned calls promptly and was very polite during estimate. However was $2,000 more than other estimates.

The cleanup was great. They had an 8 man crew. The cost was $7,000.00 with a 30 year warranty. They did it all in 1 day.

THEY WILL BE DOING MY GARAGE SOON, I WAS VERY PLEASED.

JAMIE INITIALLY RESPONDED QUICKLY WHEN WE CALLED FOR A ESTIMATE. HE CONTRACTED THE WORK OUT. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THE QUESTIONABLE WORKMANSHIP AS SINCE THE ROOF WAS REPLACED A LITTLE OVER 5 YEARS AGO WE HAVE HAD 3 INSTANCES WHERE THE SHINGLES HAVE BLOWN OFF. THIS LAST TIME, WE HAVE ABOUT ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF OF THE ROOF FRONT AND BACK THAT HAS BLOWN OFF. THIS MAKES ME QUESTION THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AS NEIGHBORS HAVE NOT LOST ANY SHINGLES ON OLD OR NEW ROOFS.

THEY GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE AND I GOT DIFFERENT ESTIMATES AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS A+. THEY GAVE ME A VERY DETAILED ESTIMATE BEFORE HAND, I COULD TELL THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.
