Excellent service all the way around. Had small issue with worker knocking on my neighbor's door at 8 AM on a Saturday to continue using their driveway for cleanup. I think this should have been arranged in advance with the neighbor.

Sales person was courteous and attentive to our requests. Service was done on the scheduled time as promised. The crew was very professional and did quality work. The site was left orderly on completion of the job.

Steve showed up on time to give us a bid and returned emails and phone calls promptly. On the day the work was performed, the worker arrived on time and left our yard spotless. Every part of the job was done very well! I would hire them again without reservation.

The whole process from start to finish was great. They were on time and professional. They work was completed in 3 days. Two for roof and one for the gutters. Beautiful job from start to finish. Jesse was prompt, knowledgable, courteous - and we came to find out that he is willing to go above and beyond to see that West Side's customers are totally pleased when the job is completed. The gutter products make an attractive appearance on the house - and they were tested during yesterday's heavy rain. No runs, no drips, no errors. Passed with flying colors. The workers who fixed the leaks around the boot flashings, and who installed the gutters and leaf relief were professional and respectful of our property. They were careful not to damage our landscaping, and left the property in the same condition in which they found it. Better, actually, because now we have new, functional gutters and no more worries about leaks. This is a quality, family owned business. Thank you.

I called left message, Jesse called me back same day, scheduled a time to meet the next day to discuss the project. I thought I needed a new roof. He arrived exactly on time, he was very polite, knowledgeable and explained I did not need a new roof. He suggested repairing the areas needed and referred me to a roof cleaner to take care of the moss growing on one area. He explained the repair process and explained the timing and billing process. The repair team arrived the next day and did an excellent job, especially repairing the gutters! When I do need a new roof, probably in a few years, I will definitely use this company. Very professional team. I would highly recommend them.

We recently moved into a new home and found that the roof leaked in two places. Jesse Spacek promptly came out to assess the situation and give an estimate for the job. He explained the problems he noticed (old stack vent and improperly installed exhaust vent), and organized a crew to come out the following week to replace both vents and some shingles. This fixed one problem but not the other. I e-mailed Jesse and was shocked to get a message back within 5 minutes as it was after business hours. He was very concerned and scheduled the crew to come back the next day. They ended up finding another problem and repairing it at no extra cost. Now, after two days of heavy rain, no leak! Overall, excellent customer service--- always prompt, professional, and communicative.

It was good. They were very good at diagnosing the problem that others couldn't figure out. It was a pretty easy process. They seemed to show up when they said. The guys were great.

It went very well. Chris is the contact for that and he was very good, very complete. He came across a very good price for us and when they came out to do the roof they did it exactly the way they said they were going to. They completed it in a very good time frame and all the people they had were very courteous as well, very good to work with. We're very satisfied with the way that that turned out. We also worked with them when we had our gutters replaced on our house and that worked very well too. We got a couple of questions with something that had to be addressed and they came out promptly and resolve d that issue as well. I'd like to give them a good rating.

We were so fortunate to have worked with this company for our roof repairs. After an ice dam damaged our roof and caused significant water damage in our home, Jesse and his crew were able to figure out where the problem was and fix it. During this process, we realized that there was still a leak after initially thinking it was fixed. Jesse came out to our house that day to look at what was going on, and had a crew out to address the issue the next day. To top it off, we were not charged for the extra services because it wasn't part of the original estimate. We were more than pleasantly surprised by this. We so appreciated their availability and promptness in helping us, especially with the stress of having water coming into our home. Going forward with any roofing or gutter needs, we will definitely be using them again!

It all started and ended with Jesse Spacek. Methodic and flexible in his repair approach, instructive to the crew that completed the work, and phenomenal customer service from start to finish. His crew leader (Pat) embodied the same "customer first" attitude and all of the repairs were completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jesse, Pat, and West Side Roofing (and have already)!! Great work and a great team!

They did a nice job on the roof. We did have some problems, they did rectify it. We did have some problems with communication. They broke a window on the garage and there was a drain in the driveway and when they supplier came, they backed over it and it cracked. It took them quite a while to take care of that. They did eventually get it done. We had to call back and have them clean up. We still found debris.

Arrived on time for estimate and gave same informally same day and followed up with written quote. Their quote was some 5-10% lower than the other two I received. They were able to schedule in difficult weather in November and did the job promptly. Due to narrow access a faucet was damaged but they replaced it with no questions asked. The job site was always neat.

Wow! We cannot say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail by this company. Our project was complicated and large, so we had several meetings with Chris to discuss and finalize what we wanted done. We interviewed 5 roofing companies before selecting them. Two friends recently hired them and their great experiences were the deciding factors. Their work was neat and tidy and our landscaping remained and pristine throughout this project. Our house looks so much nicer.

Mike, project manager, understood our many and complex needs for restoring the exterior of our home. He was also helpful in explaining all of our options in detail. The work on the rake boards was exceptional and everything else was done with care and detail. Mike followed up on every request and need. We were very happy withy the end result and would highly recommend them and call them again for any more projects

Roof was leaking in the attic of my mother's 75 year old home. The 1st that Jesse came out to look at the problem, we thought we had figured out where it was leaking and why. The crew came out and fixed what we thought was the problem. We were wrong! The roof still leaked. Jesse came out again and was very sorry that the problem hadn't been fixed the first time. We decided to try a different approach. Another crew was sent out, fixed what we hoped was the real cause of the problem, and as far as we can see at this point, the leaking has stopped! Jesse has been very patient and understanding in dealing with this problem. My mother is 95 years old and the information she is able to provide about the leak is questionable. I've tried to get over to the house when it was raining to see the problem firsthand, but that proved to be very difficult. Finding the real source of a roof leak can be very difficult. West Side Roofing has given a 110% in working with this problem. There was no additional charge for them coming out a second time. Hopefully, there won't be a third time. But if there is, I'm sure Jesse and West Side Roofing will respond in their usual efficient and courteous manner.

The workers arrived on time, were very nice, worked hard, answered all my questions. Showed me what they were doing and why. Overall a very good experience.

Contracted with westside roofing to put a high-end Certainteed roof on my house & garage. The preparation included a tear-off of the old roof, replacement sheathing where needed & a winterguard ice & water shield along with fiberglass reinforced felt underlayment as required. Also chimney & soil stack reflashed. They installed new gutters with a gutter shield, a sun tunnel, powerfan, & vinyl siding on my garage. Their work, from start to finish, absolutely outstanding. I can't think of a negative to write about this roofing company. Mike Galvin, their representive, was on top of everything. Ultimately, I just love the way it all turned out. I couldn't be more pleased.

The date of the work and cost are approximate. I didn't keep a record of the bill. I only know that the work was done as promised including on time and at a good price.

Jesse called promptly, arranged for an inspection and set up an appointment. Solution was the less costly of all possibilities. Job was done by courteous professionals to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Started out better than the finish. Some vent holes were not patched properly and then needed to be re-done after we pointed it out. Caulking around flashing was poor quality and it also needed to be redone. Some siding on dormers with J-channels was not put back properly and needed to be re-nailed and some damage was done. Since the roofers needed to go back up for some of the poor quality repairs, there were areas of heavy scuffs on some of the new shingles that also needed replacement. They did come back to do repairs but there was a time lag due to hot weather and some communication issues.
