+ -1 moreALTHOUGH I SCHEDULED 2 WEEKS AHEAD SO THE COMPANY WOULD BE IN OUR AREA, THE GUY WAS ALMOST AN HOUR LATE. I CALLED TO SEE IF HE WAS COMING AND HE STARTED QUIZZING ME ABOUT OUR SYSTEM AND IF IT WAS WORKING. I TOLD HIM WE JUST MOVED HERE AND I EXPECTED HIM TO TELL ME IF IT WAS WORKING. HE CAME, SAID HE HAD NEVER SEEN OUR KIND OF FURNACE BEFORE. HE TOOK IT APART AND PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, APPARENTLY EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I FOUND HIM TO BE ALOOF AND NOT HELPFUL.

+ -1 moreTHEY RETURNED OUR CALL AND CAME WHEN EXPECTED. THE FURNACE WENT OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THEY CALLED US AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED IN THE OFFICE AND WE WERE THEIR FIRST SERVICE CALL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK FAST AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY ALSO CLEANED OUR METAL FILTER AS A COURTESY TO US.

HE EVEN GAVE SOME GOOD ADVICE ON ANOTHER HOME MAINTENANCE PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING AT THE SAME TIME. HE EDUCATED US ABOUT HOW FREQUENTLY FURNACES NEED CLEANING/CHECKING--WHICH WAS LESS OFTEN THAN WE THOUGHT. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY.

Description of Work: CALLED ON NEW YEAR''S EVE BECAUSE OF A DEAD FURNACE. KEN (?) TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND GET THE FURNACE RUNNING AGAIN (FLAME SENSOR WAS DIRTY). I WILL BE CALLING THEM ON THE 2ND TO HAVE THEM DO THE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON THE FURNACE.
