Couldn’t have been a worse experience! A technician (Sequoyah) came out to fix a heater than he incorrectly tried to fix about a month ago (and charged me $206). He looked at the unit and said it would cost $3200 to fix! I told him I didn’t understand why I paid $206 last time and it was broken again already. His response was, “At least it worked for a month”. That was not the response that builds confidence in this shoddy company. After speaking with Dale, the service manager, it’s clear that the original tech misdiagnosed the problem and tried a bandaid fix without disclosure to me that the repair may only be temporary. We have used this company exclusively for our home as well as the two businesses we own in Broadview Heights and I can confidently say they will not be earning our business again. I STRONGLY recommend anyone seek any other business than BROADVIEW HEATING AND ELECTRICAL for their needs.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT use Broadview heating a cooling. They came out to service my generator, never changed air filter with the service and did not fix the oil leak, that they claimed they fixed. They are refusing to come back to check there work unless I pay $100. They claim air filters are not changed with the service of a generator. Elizabeth the “dispatch manager” unwilling to let me speak to the owner Tom. Very poor customer service and for over $400 wasted of my hard earned money.

John Pellizzari is a master electrician.He fixed a difficult electrical problem I had and is now my go-to guy for electrical solutions. He's a great guy to work with.

Matt had to replace an inducer on our Rheem furnace. He was polite, efficient and cleaned up any debris as well as discarded the faulty part.

Have used Broadview Heating for several years for furnace and A/C. Always courteous, professional, always clean after services, and customer service extremely helpful. Recent 12/30/22 furnace service -came within 24 hours of request. Received call on the way. Technician very thorough to identify cause of problem, replaced parts, and the house is toasty warm! Again, I am extremely confident when recommending them.

They have been very good and are very reliable. I would highly recommend them as well.

Broadview more than doubled the price for parts for our repair, This put our bill 260.00 over the (reasonable) amount allowed for by the warranty company. We had budgeted the warranty deductible and ended up paying in excess of 300.00. Customer service who promised to call back twice in regards to this issue never returned any calls.

AC went down on 95 degree day, Broadview Heating was backed up with customers but willing to send someone. Even though they came to work on my AC at 7:00 PM, they did not charge me overtime pay, but the regular hours as I made the appointment the day before. That was very nice of them. This first time customer is impressed! Also, Kurt, the guy who did the repair was prompt, professional, great guy. I will bring Broadview back to my home if I need AC/furnace work because I trust him. I conversing with Kurt, I am confident I will get the straight story on any potential repairs or replacements.

Sure to the age of the current system, we got some bad news but Broadview Heating did a great job and have us a good deal on a new system. Just deciding whether to do it now or after winter.

I have been using them for years and have always been very, very happy. They provide excellent service, are always on time, are courteous, and knowledgeable.

They've been very responsive. We had a furnace go out on New Year's Eve Day and they stayed until 7 o'clock to put a new furnace in. They were committed to doing whatever it takes. They've been a great company to work with. They've been great. We've had them here 3 or 4 times over the last 4 or 5 years. Their price is competitive because we shopped around. They are highly professional, dedicated and very competent. They just do the job right and everything looked really neat. They had to run some extra pipe and it looked really nice.

It worked out very well and we have used them for a long time.

Told him to leave and I found a better service. Complete waste of time!

They do great work and are always professional.

I have a contract with them so they come out and clean the air conditioner and furnace. I am very very pleased with them, I've had them for years. I've only had to have one repair done since I've been using them. I hate to be redundant, but I've been really happy with them.

They took the liberty to discuss my service, performed 2 years ago with my potential buyers, giving them erroneous info in the process. I feel this is a complete lack of professionalism, although they perfomed the service well 2 yrs ago. Careful who you let in the house!!

Our boiler was out. We have radiator heat. They are one of the few that we know that can actually handle our system. We had a leak that could have been deadly had they not found it. It could have been a carbon monoxide leak, because it is an older system, they actually could not get the part that we needed, so they were able to cut and fashion the part needed. They always do good work for us.

They are very good, very responsive.

They service my heating and air conditioning. I have been using them for a number of years, and get the discount and everything. They call ahead, schedule when convenience for you, call when they say they are on the way. They have been good.

The work was done in one day by at least three or four people. They cleaned everything up nicely.

I have a contract with them where there come in the spring and fall. They installed our new units so I got a maintenance contract with them for tune ups. They do excellent work.

Excellent work and staff. The people that came out to do the install were friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. It took 2 days to install, which was fine as they took their time to do everything right. They were a little more expensive then some other quotes but it is worth paying for their expertise in installing the equipment.

I was very pleased with their service.

Broadview Heating was great, able to schedule me within the week I called and the technician was right within the estimated window. The communication from the company was fantastic and included a reminder call and a follow up call to ensure all went well. While more expensive than what I saw listed with other companies, the professionalism and thoroughness was worth it!
