We came to know of them through Angie?s List, and they were very good. They were very clean, courteous, and respectful. They had brought all their tools and had done a wonderful job. Everything looks beautiful.

I thought companies with this kind of honesty and integrity were a thing of the past. Not only are they professional... but they are good people. The company has a high rating on Angie's list and they most certainly deserve it. Kevin who headed the installation crew is not just a talented HVAC man but he is also a fine human being. Broadview Heating is very fortunate to have him in their employ. In fact the whole crew was top notch. The equipment they installed is from every indication top notch as well with a great warranty. Even though Rheem equipment costs slightly more than the other (inferior quality) equipment I think I got a good deal especially when you consider the 1500 tax rebate and the guaranteed low maintenance for ten years. I can without hesitation recommend Broadview Heating.

DON'T Consider another Contractor. Look at the customer responses - THIS COMPANY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND in everything they do. Exception, Extraordinary. First off qoute was thorough, matched a lower bid, sent 2 people (including owner) out to look at job to make sure that all would be addressed to my satisfaction once the worked commenced. Took plenty of pictures to go over the installation with installers. The Installers (one was owner's son) did fantastically neat work. They installed the components just like they would on their own homes. I had direct vent furnace and hot water tank installed. They had to run extra indoor piping. They went above and beyond to make sure the new piping would not restrict headroom. GET THIS - The owner suggested some changes that saved me $2,500 on the original bid. TELL ME if that has ever happened to you before. TOTALLY AWESOME! That price reduction let me install the top of the line Rheem furnace. It has a DC blower motor, is wisper quiet and uses 1/6th the electricity of an AC motor. I love my furnace. :-> All employess were neat, professional and answered all correspondence and questions. I made 2 changes during the job - I was expecting to get ripped for it --- NOT. No penalty at all -- I was amazed. Finally there was an issue with the hot water on the second floor. They were out on 3 occassions - never complained, never questioned my sanity. Found my humidifier hooked up to hot water line with soleniod stuck. Had been waisting a ton of hot water. The workers went through the manuals and performed various tests to pinpoint the problem. They were always professional and courteous. The issue finally got sorted out. Broadview exceeded my expectations in every aspect from price to quality of work to installer professionalism. The BEST CONTRACTOR I have used in 61 years. Read a few of the other responses, many contractor's have an A grade, but only Broadview gets GLOWING PRAISE.

Broadview Heating & A/C put new air conditioning in. They installed all of the new lines and changed out electric box. I would recommend them to others. We would use them again. My husband had them come back and check the service for the winter.

About 2 years after installing a new boiler system in our house, one of the circulators died. We really liked Tom's teams' work during the install, so we called them up to fix this problem. They sent two men out to check the problem. The identified a bad circulator and replaced it under warranty coverage for no charge.

I found this company on Angie's List and had also received a referral from another plumbing company. The overall experience was very positive from start to finish. Because I was buying a foreclosed home, I had no knowledge of the mechanicals and had to start from scratch. I set up the appointment with Amber, who was pleasant and quoted the hourly rates for the first hour and thereafter. Scott arrived a little early and was very professional and patient in answering my questions. The service call took some time for Scott to diagnose the issue with the furnace, which only had one element firing. He inspected the furnace and heat pump and resolved an issue with an automatic turn off on the heat pump. He provided information on their service program and we discussed geothermal heating and he explained what was involved. He cleaned up after his work was complete.

Very good. He was polite and helped me save money.

It was very expensive. They were really good. They solved the problem quickly.

They were the only ones that were able to design a system that could meet our needs and our budget. We had checked with 6 companies. They were prompt and they impressed us. We are happy with everything.

Cleaning and inspection went as planned. Didn't try to tell me I needed something done that wasn't necessary. Eric was a very nice young man, polite and professional. I had originally scheduled the service a couple months prior but had to cancel about a week before original date. They were able to reschedule me in about two weeks.

Tech arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. After about 30 minutes the repair was complete and the furnace was back to proper operation. The tech was polite and professional. I would hire them again and recommend them highly.

We are very pleased with the level of service we received from everyone at Broadview Heating. They were very professional and obviously know what they are doing. We also appreciated the extra efforts, such as putting shoe coverings on in the house so they wouldn't track in any dirt or mud.

Excellent. Provided a good estimate. Did good work. Gave us a heating/cooling load chart per house zones. Had presentable employees. Worked in a timely manner. Were prompt and courteous. Did metal fabrication (bending) to allow more ventilation to our sunroom.

Scott did an excellent job! I called late yesterday afternoon and he came out first thing this morning. He was very polite, respectful, honest and gave me all the details on the problem, which is something not many techs I've dealt with do.

The work was very well done. The duct work was also very well done. The two gentlemen to installed the furnace were professional and polite. The salesman who came out to give me the quote for the service was also very professional. He worked with me to have the furnace installed just after the Christmas holiday. They have also serviced my sister's furnace and diagnosed a problem that another company misdiagnosed TWICE in the same day! The service man was very polite and honest. I'm looking forward to a warm winter in my home thanks to Broadview.

This was the first cooling season at my new home, and the first time I turned on the A/C, it didn't work. I called Broadview Heating because they installed the unit and I figured they would know the history. It was a very busy time of year, so they couldn't come for a few days, but the girl in the office did give me suggestions of a few things to check to possibly avoid a service call. None of the suggestions applied, so I did need the service call. When the technician finally came to the house, he found that it was simply a matter of flipping a reset switch. Since he had to charge the minimum charge anyway, he spent some time educating me on the operation of the system and showed me how to clean all of the filters. He also cleaned a couple of filters for me.

THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WAS CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM. RHEEM TEAM IS AN ABOVE AVERAGE BUSINESS, AND IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR GOOD REASONS. KNOWLEDGE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICE AND PROFESSIONALism.

Outstanding! We purchased a new house and the HVAC installation was complete junk. Was not designed or sized for the house and installed poorly. An independent inspector said it needed to be reworked. I selected Broad-view heating to correct these issues using Angie's list. Tom identified the problem areas, what could be reused, and how the system could be improved. It took three weeks to complete the work and throughout Tom's crew made a difficult process bearable by cleaning up and being considerate. When complete the system is much improved and operates as it was designed. This was a complex, challenging project. I wish Tom had done the original installation. The original installer had sold the builder much too large a system but did not install enough duct work. What was installed was full of holes. We were wasting money and had major ice problems in the winter. The system issues have been corrected.

I called them Monday evening, and opted to not have them come right out, and to wait until Tuesday. I was told I would get a call Tuesday morning at 8:00-8:30. I called back several times over the next few days and got their answering service. Finally they called Wednesday afternoon to say that someone would be there in a few hours. The service went above and beyond my air conditioning. He was creative to get the motor to work. He was being sensitive to the fact that I could not afford a whole new unit. Overall while the customer service with the office was disappointing the service with the technician was outstanding.

We have used Broadview Heating in the past and always receive prompt service; calls are returned quickly and a service person is sent out in a timely manner. They keep detailed records of past calls, which helps them to quickly diagnose the current problem. Service people are knowledgeable and courteous--one even gave us his personal cell phone number on a weekend service call in case we had further problems!

JASON WAS EARLY AND WORKED VERY HARD AT REMOVING A HUGE, HEAVY 60 YEAR OLD FURNACE. KEVIN CAME A FEW HOURS LATER TO START PUTTING TOGETHER THE NEW FURNACE. ALL WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. NEW ELECTRIC FOR THE FURNACE WAS PLACED. THE FURNACE INSTALL AND A/C INSTALL WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE BASEMENT WAS CLEANED WELL AND THEY EVEN MOPPED THE FLOOR. NICE CEMENT WORK. A/C LINE REINFORCED TO FLOOR VERY SECURELY. HEAT DUCT PLACED TO 2ND FLOOR AND A NICE NEAT JOB WAS DONE. TOM THE SUPERVISOR CAME AROUND A FEW TIMES DURING THE DAY. EXCELLENT JOB WAS DONE AND THEY WILL BE DOING ALL OF MY HEATING & COOLING WORK IN THE FUTURE

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH & KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS & WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WE DID WORK IN OUR BASEMENT THAT CAUSED DUST & WE DIDN'T WANT TO TURN ON THE FURNACE UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THAT REGARD & UNDERSTOOD OUR PROBLEM WHEN WE TRIED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

WHILE I DID NOT HIRE HIM, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME. HE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO UPDATE ME ON A QUOTE THAT NEEDED RESEARCHING. I ENDED UP HIRING A DEALER WITH APRIL AIRE EXCHANGERS PURELY DUE TO BETTER PRICING. OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE HIRED THIS COMPANY. WILL DO SO FOR MAINTENANCE IN THE FUTURE.

BROADVIEW HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR APPROACH TO FURNACE REPAIR. THEY PROVIDED AN HONEST DIAGNOSIS AND COMPLETED THE ENTIRE REPAIR IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEIR RATES ARE VERY REASONABLE. WHILE THEY WERE ON-SITE, THEY ALSO PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND REASONABLE.

AN EXCELLENT JOB; INSTALLATION TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED, BUT THEY BROUGHT IN EXTRA WORKERS WHEN THEY NEEDED IT AND STAYED LATE TO FINISH THE JOB, WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES. THEY GAVE A COMPLETE ESTIMATE AND STUCK TO THE PRICE, EVEN SIX MONTHS AFTER ORIGINALLY RECEIVING THE ESTIMATE. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND RETURN PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY.
