The person who came out to give the estimate was very. I liked her timeliness because she was on time. The only complaint that I have is she was not truly listening to me but she was suggesting the cost effective way to protect the house. The installers were professional. They did not cleanup after themselves.

They are quite responsive, very patient and answer all my questions whenever I call them. They also walked me through everything that I needed to know about the alarm system.

I called first to get a quote. Then when they came out they tried to talk me into getting rid of our old system and get a new one, but didn't inform me of the cost. The quote I got over the phone for the reactivation was $99, but the cost of the new alarm system was $1400. We were very dissatisfied with the service and the fact that they didn't disclose the price up front. They are very disorganized and more worried about getting their money than making sure we were happy. They were also difficult to deal with over the phone; There were long wait times, we were switched from one person to another and disconnected a few times. The next day we had them come out and take out the new system. We did get a refund, but it took a long time.

They are very professional. They explained everything and their cost was very reasonable. They are an established company and have been around for a while. The installers were very professional, courteous and personable. They worked with us on our time frame, they were very accommodating and they did their follow up. They were very, very good.

The sales person was very informative and did not try to oversell. The installer was extremely professional and was very neat with his work. He arrived when scheduled and explained the system in very clear and understandable terms. We were dealing with the personnel from the home office....not an authorized dealer. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall they did a nice job and the salesman (Bill Vuyancih) was very pleasant to deal with. My only problem is that we were promised a rebate of $50 and the people that recommended the system to us were also promised a $50 rebate. After six months this has not appeared. ADT has not returned numerous calls inquiring about this rebate. So if you are promised a rebate--be sure to get it in writing and some assurance that it will happen in a reasonable amount of time!

I use my alarm when my husband is out of town. I don't have to worry about anything. When I turn my alarm on, I am so relaxed. They came and put the alarm in, and explained everything thoroughly. They told me how to work the box. I had a problem after it was installed, with a door that I couldn't get open. They sent a guy right out, to help me. He fixed my door, and it had nothing to do with the alarm they installed. I am really happy with them.

When I called for the appointment, I was told I had to wait because they were so backed up due to the hurricane problems (?) What that had to do with anything is beyond me. My call was weeks after the weather problems. I had to live "alarmless" for about 10 days. The technician showed between times I was given (8 a.m.-12 p.m.) He showed at 11:40 a.m. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly.

Technician scheduled things around us, showed up early in the morning and fixed the problem.

They gave me a fair estimate. They were courteous and thorough in their estimate. They were there when they said they would come. I was comfortable with the representative.

Technician showed up on time and cleaned up when he left. The job took two days and he called before coming the second day to tell us when he would arrive. We actually received an upgraded system from the one we were originally quoted without an additional charge. The technician had a choice of systems to install so he picked the better.

I had ADT for more than 2 years. We had a problem with the key pad and had to have it replaced. It was not covered by the warranty so I had to pay over $100 for it. Another issue was that I received an urgent message at work that there was a problem with the system. The person spoke very quickly and not clearly. They also called my husband at work as well as my mother at her home. I left work to see what the problem was. Fortunately it was just that they couldn't detect the system during a routine test. Unfortunately, it caused undue alarm. When I complained to customer service that the person leaving the message should have been clearer and spoken more slowly, the response I got was "what is it that you want us to do"? Finally we were having issues with the alarm going off for no apparent reason. When I called the 800 number for assistance, they were not helpful. I would get different answers to the same questions. I canceled the service.

They did a very good job. Installation was free. Cost is per month.

They can not correct the problem with the front door.

Installer, Jarrod S., came to my home and installed a panel and keypad with an updated version. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to operate the new system. He was on time and very professional. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

Worked within my budget. I am very satisfied.

They were outstanding! Good pricing and very professional workers! My home is 100 years old so it was kind of difficult for them.

It went fairly. The installers took about twice as long to do the work as it probably should have. They also seemed unmotivated to do anything above and beyond what was required. We didn't end up with a second keypad nor smoke detection because it was ''not possible'' to do. Initially they had no wireless motion sensors, but later were able to locate some for installation. They also left quite a mess after they left, including the disconnection of our DSL service that Wind stream had to come and repair.

It is a contract, so it is hard to determine cost. They were very polite, prompt and did really great job.

Our ADT alarm system had stopped working -- initially there was a short in the line from something that had chewed through it, then our back-up battery died. After we had the line fixed, we called ADT who promptly sent someone out. He showed up at the time specified and knew exactly how to fix the problem. The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. And the best part was that it didn't cost anything! We have had ADT as our alarm system provider for 5 years now and our experience with them continues to be a positive one.

Prompt and professional. ADT has a transfer policy that makes this rate about $300 lower than it would otherwise be to install a new system.

Very professional and efficient. They arrived in the early morning (per my request) and finished by 2pm. They cleaned up afterwards. The alarm works fine, and training was excellent.

If the response for installing is anything like their response to a burglary, the thieves would get away with everything!!! The local representative came out to discuss the installing options. I truly wanted the Brinks system. I called, left messages with the representative, & requested additional contract information. When I finally spoke with him again, I requested the information be mailed to me. I haven't heard from him or the company since, & there was no follow-up.

NICE JOB WITH INSTALLATION. ONE TIME ALARM WENT OFF FULL BLAST AND THEY DIDN'T RESPOND. PRICE IS PER MONTH.

THE SALESMAN DIDN'T SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST SET UP FOR OUR HOUSE. HE WAS ALSO EXTREMELY PUSH FOR US TO SIGN THE CONTRACT RIGHT THEN AND THERE. AFTER HE LEFT THE HOUSE HE CALLED TO ASK A CO-WORKER TO LOOK AT OUR HOUSE TO SEE IF THE EQUIPMENT WAS APPROPRIATE. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE COULD SHOW OUR HOUSE TO THE GUY TO GET A REVISED QUOTE, BUT WEREN'T READY TO SIGN HE BACKED OFF. ULTIMATELY, I DIDN'T LIKE THEIR SALES TACTICS.
