Prompt curteous service on a Saturday! Terry went the extra mile to be helpful which I did not expect. Hot water tank needed replacement, had water everywhere I the basement. Others could not come out til Wednesday. Terry’s got the job done. I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing services

I could not have asked for a better saving grace earlier today when I had my gas shut-off due to a gas leak and was without hot air or water, in the middle of winter. Fortunately, Terry agreed to come by last-minute this evening, after he was planning to end his shift for the day, and look at and fix the leak in time for the gas company to turn the gas back on. Great service and price. Given how recent the work was, I of course cannot confirm the longevity of the repairs made, but given what I saw of the work performed, Terry's knowledge, and the results of the leak test performed by the gas company, I have very little doubt that the work was very cost-effective. I will definitely be hiring Terry for future services and have already asked him to come back to take care of some water pipe fitting and valve issues.

Booked an appointment for 10am. At about 9:50 am Terry the Plumber called and said he was running late about 1/2 hour. At 10:30 he arrived and within an hour had my clog unclogged. He was very careful to clean up every bit of mess. I was very pleased.

Hard worker. Good price. Solved the problem. Honest.

Came home to find five inches of water in the basement. Within an hour, he was out and working on it. Very friendly. Explained everything. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

I called Terry the Plumber after 6:30 pm on July 3rd and he not only answered but came out a half hour later and fixed our nasty clogged main sewage. The price he charged for the work he did was a lot better than I thought it would cost at the hour of day and right before a holiday. Great customer service and really a understanding business man with accommodating all of plumbing needs. Being a tradesman myself, I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for any and all our plumbing needs. Thank you Terry and Home Advisor

Clogged Kitchen Drain and Gas Shut-off Valve: Terry the Plumber is Honest - they don't try to sell you services you don't need. A prior plumbing company told me my main sewer line was collapsing, hoping I'd hire them to replace the main line for thousands of dollars. Terry the Plumber checked it out and said it wasn't collapsing. Pays to have a second opinion. The kitchen line, with an old galvanized drain was rotting and clogged with grease from 75 years of use (it was the original.) They replaced drain with a PVC pipe, installed a handy clean out and completely snaked the rest of the drain in the floor out to 45 feet (the other company only used a 22 foot snake.) They also returned the next afternoon to replace a corroded and frozen gas shut off that I needed done. Took them less than 15 minutes. Terry and his assistant work quickly and don't waste time. Terry has several decades of experience and it shows. I will definitely hire them again for other plumbing projects. The only real complaint I have isn't with Terry the Plumber, but their answering service (Plumbing Services). Called after hours to check time when Terry would be arriving. It was holding over two minutes with no one picking up, so I hung up. Oddly, Terry showed up just 5 minutes later. LOL! Terry the Plumber is great! Prices are reasonable, too.

The plumber first sent out was pleasant and appeared to know what he was doing, found out when I tried to a load of laundry that problem was not fixed. Called the company for someone to come back out, sat waiting for someone to show up all afternoon but no one ever did. Now I will have to look for and pay another plumber.

what was expected to be a 1 day job took 7 due to the problem being larger than expected and rain. Terry stayed with it and kept going. He had inspectors there and did a complex job well.
