I am a little surprised at this review. i don't understand how you are stating that you had to remind me what was included. we went above and beyond installing your tv. i went over everything with your wife before and after the install. had you been home i would have gladly gone over it with you also. i have attached our email to this to refresh your memory. and per your email your wife was happy with things. I should have been there when you did the install. Didnt mean to say you're not professional. My wife said you were very helpful and professional. I didn’t see a hardware for internet and was not told that you wanted the wireless configured. The way the system is wired is the cable box goes into the sound bar(per the manufacturers spec on the sound bar) then out of the sound bar into the tv. This allows the cable box to play over the sound bar. If you want to use any apps from the internet ( I am assuming you mean from the tv itself) you will need to have another wire that runs from the tv back down to the sound bar. That is the only way to have the tv sound play back through the sound bar. Most installs would have the internet being used from a blue ray player or a PS3/Xbox located near the sound bar. I would have setup the system any way that you wanted. All you needed to do was inform me how you wanted to use the system. when we arrived at the house there was a TV, sound bar, and cable box. The cable run was up at the outlet height behind the TV (not correct but I moved it for you to the lower location where the cable box is), there was not way to run wires due to how the framer put in horizontal framing( I punched over and up from the fireplace cleanout for you for no charge as this would have not been standard 2x4 construction) if you would like some more help just ask. Please don’t say we don’t do a professional job. I take great pride in my work. the remotes do work together as much as the free remotes that come with the systems can. The cable remote can be programmed more by the cable company. we do offer custom remotes if you want a quote for 1 please let me know. the tv should stay on the input that it was setup on. it will never need to change. If someone turned the input on the sharp I cant control that. please let me know if you would like some more help or some phone support. Matt Matthew Wain From: Lewis, David M. Now, if I want to use the internet, I have to turn off the sound bar (and thus the cable), meaning there is no soundbar with the internet. Can this be fixed by routing the HDMI Cable from the cable box directly to the tv? The result should ne an HDM I slot in the tv for the cable box, and a separate HDMI cable for the sound bar. Would this allow the sound bar to work for any output form the tv ( and also eliminate the requirement that the sound bar be turned on in order to use the cable tv? I really don't want to start reconfiguring things, but I'm not sure how else to get it working properly. Thanks, Dave From: Lewis, David M. Turned the tv off and cannot get the tv to work again. All components are turned on but there is no picture. There are 3 separate remotes, none of which seem to be synced together. I don't even have any idea which input it needs to be on to get cable. I really wish you would have taken a few minutes to explain to my wife how the system works. Do you remember which input it should be on. Also, it appears that the sound bar must be turned on to make the cable work on the TV, is that correct? I have spent over an hour trying to get a picture, but no luck. It is unbelievably frustrating. Also, there wi-fi does not appear to be hooked up. Did you do that when you installed the tv? any help would be appreciated. I was hoping a professional install would avoid these issues, but it seems worse than if I had done it myself because I have no idea how it was sett up. Any help you can give is appreciated. I was emailing to find out what your schedule looks like for the end of next week? we have a few openings wed-thurs-Friday. I also have a few questions that I hope you can answer for me. 1. What size tv do you have? 2. Is your home construction where the tv will be mounted a standard 2x4 wall? 3. Is there power at the location where the tv will be hung? (power cords can not be run in the wall) 4. Do you have the needed HDMI wires?(correct length to go up wall and to tv) Matt
