Description of Work: Needed an air conditioning unit serviced at a rental property. They came out promptly and fixed the unit immediately. Very happy with this company and I will use them again.

Description of Work: The service professional showed up very promptly, at the beginning of the service appointment window. The problem was quickly identified and the burned out part replaced efficiently and effectively. He also cleaned the furnace and outside heat pump. He made no effort to try to sell me on unnecessary extras or to try to push to replace my old units with new ones, despite their being 17 years old--he noted they were working well with the new part and recommended minimal service, rather than extensive additions. He was informative, polite, neat and orderly. I will call them again if there should be any future concerns.

Description of Work: We called Hauser for an estimate on a new air conditioner and furnace, as our air conditioner stopped working and needed to be replaced. Hauser came out, but didn't give an estimate in a timely manner. We expected one the next day, since we were making an immediate decision, due to the 90 degree heat. My husband actually had to call them, before we were given their quote, which was the most expensive of all the quotes that we received. Needless to say, we did not go with them.

Description of Work: Furnace kept cycling but would not light. Tech took maybe 15 minutes working on it and never explained what exactly was done. No apparent parts replaced. Ridiculously high price.

Description of Work: Replaced 24 year old gas furnace with a 98% efficiency Carrier gas furnace. They put the new furnace in on 3 days notice, even though it was 10 degrees outside. Arrived at 8:30am and worked until 2pm with no lunch break. Hard working and knowledgable staff! I would use them again without question.

Description of Work: Hauser replaced our AC unit which quit during a particularly hot week in June. They were very responsive in meeting with us after hours in the evening to inspect the old unit and provide estimates. They recommended a repair that would work for an unknown time or the option to replace the 20-year-old unit. We opted to replace it. They arrived at scheduled time and completed the work within the expected time.

Description of Work: Hauser first came out to look at my 25yr old system which had finally broken down. After discussing repair options, it was more sensible to install a new system. The Service Technician went through the steps to help me identify a system that would be best for our home and gave me four options to consider. We selected an option that day and they installed a new AC and heating unit two days later. On the day of the installation, they arrived promptly and completed the work in one day. The technicians were informative and patiently/professionally answered my questions about the installation. Everything went smoothly and the system is working well at this time. I would be happy to refer Hauser to my friends and family.

Description of Work: a critter had gotten into our AC unit/Heat pump so no air conditioning for a few days. on a 14 yr old house we were sure we would have to replace it but he got rid of the nest, replaced one part and we were in business again. So grateful for a friendly, honest reasonable repair! Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Got my furnace going after it stopped

Description of Work: Performed routine cleaning and maintenance for AC unit. Unfortunately previous owner had silicon all around access door so Doug had to peel it all off in order to even gain access to coils. He performed a thorough inspection, checked that the drain was at the proper angle, sprayed out the exterior unit and soap/spray washed the fins on it as well. Checked capacitor levels and explained what he was doing each step of the way. Pleasure to work with!

Description of Work: We put in a new furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The staff were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I did a LOT of research and was very confident in the selection of Hauser.
