DON"T COUNT ON THESE "UNPROFESSIONALS!" I booked services for some general repairs & upkeep. Because of the work I needed, Maggie told me Herb would be very good & she scheduled him to come the following week (approx. 7 days) on Tuesday, Nov 13th at 1:30. The night before I was scrambling to move things & pick up paint for Herb. On Tuesday I rushed home to meet him instead of finishing errands. Then I WAITED...& waited. At 2:20 I called & asked where Herb was. According to Maggie she had just found out that Herb was called back to do more work on a previous job after his morning appointment. Later in the conversation she said the owner was out of town but had tried to find someone to take Herb's place the night before. So......they had from sometime Monday to let me know about this, & even had my cell number, but didn't call! Maggie was defensive, placing all blame away from herself & when I asked if she could tell me Herb would be there tomorrow, she said no because he was scheduled with someone else. Excuse me - wasn't he scheduled with me today? I'm trying to get my house ready to sell & I wasted a week with these folks - don't make the same mistake!

Prompt, clean, very professional. The cost was reasonable and detailed. I've used them before and I'll use them again.

A young technician arrived and ultimately took care of all of my wiring and plumbing issues. He was a subcontractor that Handyman Connection used. The Deal that I purchased was a certain dollar amount for two hours of handyman work, so I emailed Illean and she made sure to send someone out that knew how to do the work that I needed. I also asked her to let me know what I need to purchase, since I didn’t want them to waste time getting materials. Once the technician came in, we spent some time going over the list and he quoted me another $150-$200! When I called the company, however, they ended up not charging me anything extra. They understood where I was coming from, which I appreciated. The technician was at my home for exactly two hours, and he was knowledgeable and professional. He did a good job overall!

The experience was excellent overall. I’ve used their services a few times. This last job was a minor one, but they did a good job. I didn’t have any problems.

The technicians came out on time, were professional and personable. The experience was good overall, and I still haven’t gone through with the project yet.

Handyman Connection had to finish up a job after I had to fire the other company. The only downside is I had to pay them by the hour and didn’t give me an estimate, but I understand since they stepped in to finish a project that was already started. I couldn’t have been happier with their work! If I had a question, it didn’t matter what time or day or night, I got a response right away, which was very important to me. The technicians were incredibly professional, and the technician who did the crown molding was very particular with his work. If he wasn’t completely happy with his own work, he would start over. If I could, I would grade them an A+!

Handyman Connections' worker purchased materials (cost added to the bill) and arrived on time. Completed construction of the steps quite quickly. Added a way to adjust the steps in the event of further sinking of the concrete pad on which they rest. Gave us instructions about painting and surfacing the steps. A good job.

We have used them several times for several jobs. There is one gentleman that we specially request because we like him a lot. He is a very nice man and does the work very well. He is reliable. He is there when he says he is going to be there. He cleans up very well at the end of the day. He will answer all our questions even if we are asking about something else apart from his work. We really like using him and he is the one we request each time we use this company. We have not had anything fall apart after he did the work, so I think the quality of his work is good. I rate them high overall. He did some work in our rental property and he will be doing some additional work there again. We have some other things to be done in our house and he will probably be coming next year to do that job.

Very prompt and friendly. Gave an estimate & consulted on the recommendation, which was to buy a new refrigerator.

They were very good. They gave the lowest bid and did the work within a week. The tenant asked if three more spindles could be added and they went out and added the three extra spindles at no extra labor cost, which I really appreciated.

What a great experience!! Worked with me to help me accomplish a "Honey Do" on extremely short notice. Even though they were busy, they managed to fit me in. The handyman was very professional and definitely knew exactly how to accomplish the job efficiently Will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Called Handyman Connection and easily booked appointment for free estimate of job. Jake arrived on time and spent quite a while with us discussing which options were best and least expensive for our needs. He also was sweet enough to quickly look at our garbage disposal and determine that it wasn't going to need a costly repair just had a piece of bone stuck in it! We decided there wasn't enough time that day to do the repairs and pick up the needed parts before his next job so we made an appointment for another day. He gave us an estimate and because the work wasn't going to be enough to use the Angie's List coupon, he used a different coupon to still give us a discount. Jake returned on the next appointed day and did a thorough job, explaining as he went. Price was exactly as he quoted. We are pleased with his work and hope to use him in the future should we need more handywork done!

An outside GFI outlet was replaced earlier and Jacob returned because it stopped working. He put a new cover on it to protect it from weather and proceeded to discover what the problem was. After tracing the line he discovered that the outlet was controlled by a switch in my foyer. Until then I did not know what that switch controlled. Jacob has both patience and skill and i have contracted with him (Handyman Connection) to do more work.

They’ve finished the shed, but they haven’t completed the rest of the work yet. Basically, Handyman Connection has moved the gentleman who was working on my home onto another project with a different client. They claim this is necessary due to the weather. Therefore, all of my work has been put on hold until further notice. I am very dissatisfied that they’ve done this.

They did a good work, and I was very glad to see that!

They did fine. They came back until the job was done. They were great. We would call them if there was something wrong and they came back and fixed it.

They sent me out a guy. He came out about 10:00. He stayed until about 6 in the evening fooling around. He said about 5:30 that he couldn't fix it. He said he wouldn't charge me, but then all of a sudden he said he thought he got it fixed. This was in October. The other day I was washing my hands and my feet were getting wet. It was leaking. I called them back and they said the man they sent was no longer with them. They sent out another guy. He came and knew exactly what the problem was. He said that these guys do not always know what they are doing but they always make it right. He was here within a half an hour and was gone within a half an hour. They made it right. I would call them again.

It was fine. They were on time. It didn't take them long to do it. They did a good job.

It was great. He did an excellent job. He was willing to come out at any time and do the work for me. The rates he gave for me were where it worked better for me than it would work for handyman connection.

It turned out fine. The work they did looks good.

I have had them three times and I have been very happy with everything. The quality of the work has been excellent.

As far a person he was polite and nice. His work was not that great. He had to come back to fix the mistakes, which included taking the trash, for the deck he only stained the top, so in between the slabs you see the unstained wood. He corrected both of these errors. For the roof of the deck, the person who originally installed it used wood, and he used nothing. When you look at the roof you can see nails, so he found a foam like material, because he said they didn't make the wood anymore. Raccoons then came and caused them to hang. One piece that was hanging is now completely gone. When working on the roof it looks like instead of cleaning the gutters, he just worked around them. I am unhappy with the work, and I don't know how long this will last.

It was okay. The worker was not great, and he had to keep coming back. The company itself was good, however, and they were very concerned to make sure we were satisfied.

It was good. They did a fine job, and I would use them again.

It has been great. We always call them, and they generally send the same two technicians. I really like that they try to give you the same person, and they do a great job. I have been happy and will continue to use them.
