It went very well, he did an excellent job and was very thorough. I'm thrilled with the new screen, the old one was in bad shape, now it is perfect.

It has been a very long time ago. My husband usually took care of things then. We were never unhappy with anything they did. I remember that the price we got was considerably lower than other estimates and I was suspicious of it. My husband insisted that they do it. It was an amazing install. That is about all I know about it. The cabinets are still looking great after at least 8 or more yrs. They did several other things for us and we were always happy.

Ilean was amazing! It was a very positive experience! The contractos were great! They were clean and diligent and were top knotch!

They charge by the hour. The technician was very expedient with his timing and completed a significant amount of work in the time I approved for billing. Technician was certified and bonded.

They new their craft and were able to complete both efficiently and timely the request I had. There skill was very apparent. I highly recommend.

Contacted them to come out and look at the window, after several weeks they were finally able to send Jason out to look at the window. He never got up on a ladder to actually look at the window and said he saw what was wrong from the porch. However, we had all ready had someone caulk the window in the spring and that seemed to be a short term fix. After several more weeks we were finally able to get an estimate from the company. Jason stated he could do the job for about 300 dollars. I asked them what the job entailed and he stated he was just going to seal the trim. However, again we had the trim sealed all ready a few months earlier and that never worked. I told him we had done that and he then said he was going to come look at the window again. After this point the secretary at the company has contact us a couple of times but nothing in the last month, and nobody has ever came to look at the window. Overall very poor experience from the company. We have had another company look at the job and gave us a lot more details and the overall cost of the fix is going to be around 2000 dollars.

They did a fine job and I would use them again.

Absolutely horrible! They claimed to have experience with masonry repair, looks worse now than it did before.

The repairs went well, and I was helping, since the Angie's List deal was for 2 hours of handyman work. Since I was new to Angie's List, when the handyman wrote up the work order for extra money, I paid it. After he had left, I re-read the Angie's List deal, which was 2 hours for the pre-paid $70. I called Handyman Connection a few times, and they reluctantly returned the extra money they wrongly charged me. Yes, I was a fool for not remembering the deal I signed up for, but Handyman Connection's behavior was simply unethical when they overcharged me, even after I caught them at it.

I considered the price a little high, but then the livingroom did have a cathdral ceiling and molding is always costly. They did a great job, and if I pointed something out, they were qick to correct it. In the final analysis, I was glad that I had chosen this company to do the work.

They called me, left a message and said they could come out the following day. I called them back several times to try and let them know I would be at work. They showed up and I was working. I was shocked that they would send someone out without actually talking to me.

He was very courteous and I had no problems when working with him. He did the maintenance in one day and did not leave any mess, he cleaned up all of the shavings in my yard.

Scheduling was great; he came out for an estimate on a Thursday or Friday and started the work the following Monday. Three guys came out to do the work, one for the plastering and one for the finishing. They completed the service in two and a half days. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.

My wife contacted them and the scheduling went smoothly and was prompt. They were professional and sent us an email with the pdf. We have not yet moved forward with the work because we have been busy due to the end of the year.

Handyman Connection replaced my gutters that were in bad shape (my husband had duct tape on one section) due to age and storm damage. The came out, provided a fair estimate including the gutters and their labor to install. They even detected that my drain was clogged with tree roots (which they cleaned out for me). The new gutters and gutter guards look great and are functioning wonderful.

The paint job was good. The company that was sub contracted to do the floors were not on time. They did a good job but were not on time each day. There was a small piece of molding that was missing, they charged $75 to nail in the piece of wood. They also charged us extra for painting the trim and doors that was not originally in the contract. The young man that did the floors was nice and explained everything well.

My experience with Handyman Connection - Butler Warren was horrible. They did not do the job that they said they would do. Then they said that they would come back to fix it, but they never did. They told us one price and it ended up being a different price. They were horrible. They put the flooring in without fixing the subfloor, so we had to put the flooring back in, because we basically had no floor. We still have soft spots because they didn't fix them. It was thousands and thousands of dollars. I would tell anybody to never use them. Their pricing was high. They didn't even come in on the budget that they had said. They didn't tell us about the increase until after it was done and we had no recourse.

Purchased 2 hours of handyman service coupon for drilling holes and putting knobs on the kitchen cabinets. The job was half done in less than 40 minutes. The handyman needed $150 more money to complete putting knobs on rest of the kitchen cabinets. I was not happy with the pricing.

Handyman Connection - Butler Warren was knowledgeable and he was very upfront on what they offer and what the pricing would be rather than having him come out and quote me. I think the price was quite expensive so I opted not to have it installed.

He did a good job on everything. He is very courteous and explained what he was doing every time he was doing something (which was very good). One of the storm doors does need to be adjusted.

Their price was a little high for me.

It turned out fine! They did good work, showed up on time and did what they said they would do. The price was fair.

It was great! They are always reasonable on their prices.

I don't think I have ever given "straight A's" before but it is warranted in this case. He took measurements, purchased material, came here and went to work. All work was first rate. I don't have a single complaint.
