Description of Work: Handyman Connection of Butler-Warren County performed a partial remodel on our bathroom. They put in a new tub and shower surround, new toilet and new ceramic tile flooring.The gentleman who performed the work was very professional and friendly. He showed up when he said he would. He worked straight through and did great quality work. We are very satisfied with the quality of both the work and the experience. We also feel the price was reasonable.

Handyman Connection's records show we installed a deadbolt for this member in March of 2013. We also have an evaluation in our database in which this member rated her experience as a five out of five (five being the best). This member also contracted directly with the craftsman for additional work that may or may not be the flooring category mentioned in her review. Contracting outside Handyman Connection is a breach of the contractor's agreement and resulted in termination of his agreement.

Description of Work: They did not have the shower head that we selected in advance of the work being started. When I asked her where the shower head was, she replied she forgot it. I had to run all the way to mason Montgomery road to pick one up at my expense. The job took two days longer, because the second craftsmen never came back. The grout was not set properly, I am in the process of scheduling another company to grout the bathroom floor properly. I do not ever want them in my house again.

Handyman Connection reviewed our records and did provide service to this member in July of 2012. Our records indicate that we cleaned the gutters, clogged downspout and did a small repair on the downspout. Our accounting records show a payment of $75 which is a very reasonable amount for the work performed.

This Angie's List member contacted Handyman Connection in January of 2013 to hook up his wireless modem and other entertainment equipment. Handyman Connection had a scheduled appointment which the customer cancelled prior to the date stating that he had completed the work himself.

Description of Work: It was spackling work, seams in the ceiling, and some drywall that needed repaired. They did a very good job! It wasn’t too expensive, and the charge was reasonable. I was really satisfied! The contractor came back when he said he would come back, and he worked us in when we needed things.
