Had a problem with garage randomly opening. I had changed the code and that did not help. I called Bischoff, he came out an replaced the switch. He told me it was possible that the circuit board may be the problem. The door did work porperly for a couple of days, then it started opening on it's own again. I called him back and he and I decided that it would be best to replace the openers. He gave me a price and a discount off of one of them since he has already charged me for the previous service. He set a time to come to install the openers, and it took him about 1.5 hours to install each. I feel that he is an excellent individual, and does a great job. His prices are very good.

FANTASTIC! He is such a sweetheart. Apparently we must have had an animal in our garage who snagged our emergency release lever and wouldn't allow my garage door to fully open. I called Bill thinking it was our Spring again (which he already replaced) - a super duper heavy duty one that is!! Anyway, it was late in the afternoon (after 4pm) and he didn't think it could be the spring, but as a courtesy to me as one of his clients, he arranged to stop by after his last appointment. He came VERY quickly and found that the emergency release valve was engaged and figured it may have been an animal (cat, racoon, squirrel) that may have released it. Since I am NOT very mechanical about this kind of stuff, I was incredibly happy he was able to fix it so I could release my car and run my errands. What a great guy! Never charged me a dime and was very happy he could help me out of my dilemma. Thank you Bill! You're the BEST!

AWESOME!! I got very lucky and couldn't have wished for better service! My garage door spring broke on a Saturday and the only company that called back was Bill Bischoff. I was in dire need since my car was stuck inside the garage, on a weekend. The whole thing was happenstance but it worked out perfectly. He was curteous, professional and I HIGHLY recommend him for anything to do with garage doors!!

Bill called and said he could come early which helped me out alot. When he got here he looked over the situation and went right to work! Within less than an hour and a half everything was working "better" than before. He made some adjustments that made the door operate much smoother than it ever did. He made all these repairs in the most cost efficient manner that extended the life expectancy of the door. And in this tight economy, that alone is so appreciated. We'll definately be using him again to install a door for our barn. Thank you Bill for a job well done!

Bill is the man. Personable and professional. Door was replaced 5 days after request and looks great. Removed old door and cleaned up work area nicely. Would recommend to anyone requiring service or replacement.

Moved into a new house with an 18 foot and 9 foot garage doors that have not been maintain. Contacted Mr.Bischoff and he scheduled me right away.

Contacted Mr. Bichoff at approx. 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. He arrived with a new unit at 9:30 the next morning. Can't complain about prompt attention.

Great experience. My call was promptly returned and opener repaired the same day I called. Service was fast and professional. Would highly recommend Bichoffs to anyone.

He was polite and responsive on the phone, responded the same day, made sure everything was in good working order, and had a competitive fee. He is my new garage door guy if anything goes wrong again.

We had been told by other contractors that our job was complex due to low headroom, odd sized garage door, existing pipes in awkward places, etc. I told this to Mr. Bischoff on the phone and he agreed to come out to see if the job was doable. Mr. Bischoff was prompt, very polite, gave me options and indicated what could and could not be done on our job. He indicated that he had done jobs similar to mine and that this job would be no problem. As I told him we wanted this job done ASAP, he promised to get me an estimate in a couple of days. After two weeks of waiting for an estimate I called Mr. Bischoff and left a message saying that I was still waiting on the bid and I was interested in using his company if the bid was reasonable. To date, almost 3 weeks later I still did not get a response to my call or a bid, so I have to assume that he is not interested in the job. I would have appreciated a phone call or note letting me know he was not going to submit a bid.

Wonderful! When my opener died I knew who to call since Bill did a great job installing the door. Very professional. Gave me a quote over the phone for a name-brand opener with remote key entry.

Excellent service! Came on the same day the call was made. He fixed the original problem and then adjusted the spring and replaced the switch because he said the door was not working properly. The garage door opener works better now than it ever has. Great customer service! Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

It took one phone call. I left a message and they were very prompt at returning the call. They were out later that day to repair the garage door. I was pleased with their promptness and professionalism.

HE WAS WONDERFUL, THEY TOOK CARE OF THE TRIM AROUND THE GARAGE DOOR AND PAINTED A FEW AREAS THAT WERE NICKED. THEY CAME BACK QUICKLY TO FIX THE GARAGE PAD. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WISH I HAD KNOWN THEY ALSO DO OPENERS. VERY KIND AND POLITE. GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVISE FOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE NEW DOOR. ALSO GAVE ME SOME TIPS ON HAVING AN OPENER INSTALLED.
