Bischoff Garage Doors is my go to option for any of my garage needs. Bills is a great, honest and hardworking guy. He has helped me quite a few times - and his prices are very reasonable. Last year he replaced a one-car garage door for an investment property. He provided for all labor and parts for the door. We also had the door opener changed. Very quick, efficient, quality work and beat competition in pricing.

Have used Bill (Bischoff Garage Door) a few times. Most recently my garage door at one of my properties wouldn't open all the way up. I called up Precision Garage Door of Cincinnati and they quoted me to change everything except the garage door i.e. pulleys, springs and door opener. Bill came today and diagnosed it as just a lubrication issue - and had it working in a few minutes. He did point out that some of the parts were getting old but wasn't the cause of the issue - no hard selling involved. I decided to have the pulley and springs replaced since he was there. It still saved me lots of $$$. Great guy. You'll not go wrong with him.

Bill provides excellent service. He is professional on the telephone, as well as in person. He arrived right on time. He replaced the spring quickly and repaired a bend in the door to allow it to run smoothly. He also lubricated the rollers. I hired him before and would continue to recommend and hire him.

They did a great job. He like oiled everything and got it working and he told us about other options. We got good advice from him from when we need to replace it.

I purchased the garage door opener from Lowes and also took the installation from Lowes. Bill is the one who installed the garage door opener. Bill did an excellent job. After installation also when there is a noise in the door (not the opener), He fixed that , even he checked other garage door opener (that I installed), and gave me some useful tips. I Highly recommended Bill, does excellent work. Very pleased. Builder installed cheap garage doors, so in future I will use Bill to install new insulated garage doors.

Bill did an excellent job. He went above and beyond as he tightened garage door springs where needed and re-programmed our 3rd bay garage door opener as we needed it and had forgotten the code. Installed new opener. Works great and installation work looks great. Highly recommended, does excellent work. Very pleased.

After 2 neighbors had Bischoff replace their garage doors, I called and asked them to do our as well. He came out and did an estimate without anyone home, then returned an installed the new door on a Saturday a couple weeks later. The door matches the former door nicely, which keeps away the condo cops.

Bill gets right to business and gets the job done in a quick and professional manner. Bill is friendly and easy to talk to and can talk and work at the same time. He was there slightly over an hour. He also reset the two garage door operators to handle a couple of hand held controllers that were not set up correctly. In the past, I have used Bill to fix problems with a damaged double door at another location and he replaced an old wooden door at a third location. I was very pleased with both of those jobs as well.

Great. The owner, Mr. Bischoff came to my house and determined that a part was needed. He came back the next day, as promised with the part, installed it and it cost under $150

Bill was able to come fix the garage door the same day I called. He arrived when he said he would be here and replaced the broken spring within 15 minutes of arriving. He serviced our other two doors, lubricating all of the moving parts. We were very pleased with the great customer service!

I had an estimate and door ordered without even having to be at home; they'd already replaced several neighbors' doors. The door was ready a couple weeks later, and they installed it quickly on a Saturday. It cost less than I expected, and I really appreciate not having to take off work for this!

I called early on a Monday morning and left a message. Bill returned my call quickly, and was able to come out within a few hours. He quickly spotted the problem and then traced it through to the root cause - a faulty limit switch. He had a replacement switch ON HAND for this 20-plus-year-old unit. He had the problem solved within about 30 minutes, then did some general maintenance and had recommendations on periodic maintenance I could be doing. Great guy, knows his stuff, reasonably priced, prompt -- pretty much everything you could ask for. I'd highly recommend Bill and Bischoff Garage Doors.

When we Bill first contacted us, it was going to be a week before he could come out and install the door opener. Apparently, new garage door openers are a popular Christmas gift, and he was booked full installing openers. I found this to be frustrating because the door was quite difficult to open manually. I was not looking forward to a week of opening the door 2 and 3 times a day, but I knew it was not Bill's fault. Luckily we didn't have to wait that long. The next day he had a cancellation and he called me to see if he could come out and install the opener then. I'm glad I was home that day! If we had to wait over the weekend I am sure my husband would have tried to install it himself. When Bill arrived he said it would take about an hour to install and he was exactly right. He installed it quickly and cleaned up after himself. Those are all things I expected any service provider to do. Then he also serviced the door. He knew I was having a hard time opening and closing the door, and he said that should not be the case. He checked and lubricated the tracks and looked at the springs. He said the tension on the springs was off (making it hard to lift) so he adjusted the tension then had me try it a few times to make sure I was happy with it. Before he left he ran through the highlights on the garage door operation. He made sure I was happy with everything, and had no more questions. Then that was it. He didn't charge anything extra for the extra services he provided. I will definately call him if we have any problems with the Garage Door or the Opener.
