Description of Work: I called in desperation with a bit of water beginning to seep into the crawlspace floor. The drains were clogged, and water was bubbling up out of the ground under the downspouts - especially when the sump pumps would flush. There was a serviceman out in 2 hours. He went about his work, and within 2 hours had found and eliminated the problem. But we had 2 drains that ran out to the creek behind the property, and they were pieced with flexible pipe by a landscaper - with duck tape. They needed to be replaced with solid pipe and connected properly to what our builder had installed. They called OOPS, and then sent a crew out in 2 days as promised, on time, and worked for 4 hours to finish the job. They used a sod cutter before digging, and put things back after they were finished so you would barely detect where they had worked. The work was not cheap, but very well done. So no complaint whatsoever. I wish all service work were this well done.

Description of Work: I have had a sprinkler system for almost 20 years, but just started using Rain One in 2011 after miserable service from another company. They fixed several heads and a leak in the line. I then had them back to do my winterization. Rain One has been prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
