Rain One Irrigation & Drainage Systems

Fantastic job by Rain One. I had to have all new pipes put in from my house to the street. There were numerous bushes and plants to navigate but they did a fantastic job. They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One.

Rain One just finished installing our new sprinkler system. I have been very, very impressed with them so far. We're in a new housing development and waiting months for the sod to be installed. When Jeff, with Rain One, came out two months ago, he told us we'd want to get it installed between the final grading of the yard and the installation of the sod. Otherwise you'd have to wait for the sod to root before it could be installed--and think of all that manual watering we'd have to do in the meantime. Jeff said they would work with us as best as they could to make sure that happened on their end. We got absolutely no cooperation from the builders. After almost two months of excuses on why the sod wasn't getting installed, we finally got the final grading done on a Monday with no word on when the sod would be installed. I immediately contacted Jeff and within an hour he got back to us. He said the guys that mark the underground utilities would come Tuesday and his crew would be here at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning and would have it done that day. He did say he made a client grumpy by bumping her appointment, but timing was of the essence for us. Thank you grumpy customer for letting us have your spot. The delightful crew, headed up by Bob, arrived before 8 this morning, got busy and were done by early afternoon. They're fluffing up of the soil and leveling was so much better than the sod crews leveling/fluffing I am much more optimistic that I may have a smoother lawn to mow should the sod ever get installed. Thank you to Rain One for redeeming my faith in great customer service!!

Could not have gone better. David from Rain One arrived before noon, assessed the situation and replaced the Zoeller 1/2 hp sump pump with a new one. The pump was under warranty. Last year around February 2019 during that extremely cold spell, my discharge lines in the yard leading to the street froze and caused my sump pump to burn up (the pump was pumping to a dead head). I had it replaced with larger 1/2 hp pump and added a back up sump pump. I also added a software program called Pump Spy to monitor the operation of my sump pump from my iPhone. Rain One is a reliable company that I would use again.

Great job replacing our drainage system. Lifted the sod before trenching so the yard wasn't tore up, nice fittings to the downspouts, great pricing.

Rain One has always been our go to with an in-ground sprinkler system. They are always on time, have fair pricing, and have professionals that know what they are doing! No messing around or haggling with prices, they get the job done! They also did a repair on a downspout going to the curb for under $500 and the other quotes were all over $2500. Job was done well, on time and taken care of.

They did an excellent job for us. The service was phenomenal. Bobbie the manager did an excellent job and they stayed within the quote. There were even some additional jobs we've had them do with our sub pump.

David/Rain One did a great job. They are responsive, show up on time, carefully explaining various options, have all the right equipment to complete the job properly and complete the job thoroughly. And do it all for a fair price. i will use them again.

I called for an estimate; Jeff followed up quickly and set a date for the estimate. He went over the estimate with me in-person (in our yard) to show me where they would install the new line. The crew showed up promptly on the day scheduled; did the work and cleaned up the area. Great experience.

Very happy with rain one. Very professional. They installed pipe on from the back of my house, connected it to a drain in the front of the house and out to the city drain outlet near the road. The worked very hard and did a first rate job. They clean up well after they finished and it was just like they had not been there. Thereafter a few adjustments had to be made and they responded immediately and made the repairs. Jeff the sales manager was on it from the beginning of the project to the end. He always responded promptly to any needs I had. Bobby, the team supervisor was also very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Would hire again in a heartbeat. They did GREAT work however BEWARE of hidden charges we we charged $100 "truck fee" for each visit to do work at our home. After several conversation they were not willing to remove - I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Every thing went great, from the estimate to the installation. Price was reasonable and the customer service was great. Highly recommend!

Rain One repaired our system, heads, etc in the fall of 2017. During the start up this Spring, somehow the heads, fittings, leaks, etc needed to be fixed again. If you don't like to pay for things to be "fixed" again and again, I would use another company. Tried to call the office to question the repairs and compare to the previous invoice, but no one will call back. Sent emails as well without a response.

As always, they were prompt and the technician was courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable. I have always had GREAT service from Rain One... they are one of my favorite companies!

We are so impressed with Rain One! This company is professional, reasonably priced and employs super nice, hard working people! We interviewed many contractors — mostly plumbers – to get this job estimated and scheduled. Having seen the competition, we appreciate Rain One’s professionalism. They’ve done a million of these jobs, and they have developed an excellent system. The estimator, Jeff Schmidt, knew exactly what our problems were and how to solve them. He emailed us an estimate within an hour. Within a day or two we had signed a contract and our job was scheduled for the following week. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge, professionalism and quick responses. The large crew showed up with a Ditch Witch, a vibratory plow with a sod cutter, and lots of shovels. In areas where the Ditch Witch couldn’t go, the crew excavated by hand . . . and they didn’t charge us extra for the hand digging. They tunneled under our sidewalk and cement paths instead of breaking up the concrete as some other companies had planned to do. The team leader, Bobby Pickett, was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Jeff had told us the crew could do our job in a few hours, but I was astonished to see how fast they were. And you can barely see where they replaced the sod after the pipe was laid. To test the new system, they ran a hose into the downspout shoe furthest from the street, and I was delighted to see water coming out the hole that had been cut in our curb. Before they left, Bobby gave us a lovely gift and thank you card, and the crew cleaned off our driveway and walkways. If we ever move, we will call Rain One to deal with the exterior piping in the new house. They are terrific!

Bobby & his crew were great. They corrected the leak, installed the additional irrigation system and aligned the heads to spray all of our yard.

Wonderful. George was very knowledgeable and did what was needed efficiently and quickly. I tried for months before I contacted Rain One and was not able to get the help I needed. I appreciated all that George and Rain One did.

fine. they said they would send in paper work to water and sewer district but didn't. I got a phone call from the district, they were going to shut down service to my house. I called the district, they called rain one, it was resolved at the end, just that I had to take time off work to go home for rain one to come back to my house so they could complete necessary paperwork.

Terrible. They gave me a window of time said I was not there and they tried to call me. I received no call on any of my phones, no email, no text, no note on my door saying they had been there. When I called the office the next, they did not seem to care that my appointment was missed. This is the 2nd time I had terrible customer service with Rain One. I would never recommend them as a company. There are much better irrigation companies near my home.

Dave and his team were outstanding! In all of my 50 years, I have never had such incredible service. They worked directly with the farmer around our yard to ensure that his work would meet our needs. He and his team worked diligently above and beyond what was ever expected. In fact, he spent over 3 times more effort in dealing with the surrounding area as compared to the work he did directly in our yard. I would recommend Rain One for any drainage work. They have exceeded all of my expectations beyond ANY service provider I have ever used!

Very professional team. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and completed job in less time than estimated. Hand dug portions sue to the grade and vegetation. Minimal disruption to our landscaping and lawn.
