Description of Work: RainOne installed an irrigation in our yard. The placement of the sprinkler heads is perfect!! The entire yard and landscaping is covered to provide maximum results for keeping our grass and landscaping in perfect condition. They respond quickly when needed and are always on time as planned. Their team of professionals are great to work with.

Description of Work: We were having problems with the drainage from our sump pump pooling around the foundation of our house near the downspouts. Rain One responded quickly and sent a technician out to assess the problem. Dave Vargo set up a temporary bypass the relieve the water in the system until a crew could get out and make a full assessment (since it was Friday afternoon). Dave and his crew did an thorough job diagnosing the problem. They were able to scope all of the underground drainage pipes with a camera to pinpoint the issue. They took their time to find the problem and answered all of my questions. The work they needed to perform was scheduled quickly, done efficiently (1 day) and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend the use of Rain One.

Description of Work: They set down the system and added a new controller. The other one they installed was a disaster for this property and it was more EXPENSIVE! This one was about ($600 to $700) they took the old one away, which was about $2000 so (I guess they could install it elsewhere) Its why I'm looking for a new irrigation company. They should have never recommended this controller, the installer did a poor job and incorrect. The reason I'm so unable with this man in the area is that the system sometimes ran two times in one day. TWO TIMES!!!

Description of Work: I had a sump pump that produced run off even in the winter. This caused problems in the winter as it froze at the curb and became a hazard. They dug away from the french drain (already in place) out to an area to carry off water from my sump pump. A large basin was dug out and filled with gravel to maximize the drainage. They were early and worked stedily until it was completed. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
