It was fine. They're very good. It was a positive experience. They came when they said they would come and they did what they said they were going to do. The price was very reasonable.

They seemed very efficient, we were satisfied with their timing and all but we couldn't use their services. If I were to do the job, I would hire them to do it. They were extremely professional.

They are excellent. They are very very good. They did work at my dad's house. They were all "A's." They were responsive. Their price was much cheaper than the other company, which I had hired and used before that. The other company put in a pipe that was actually draining in my dad's backyard, a new pipe, and because it was flooding the whole backyard I asked them to route it and they wanted over $1000 to route it out to the road. So that is why I called Rain One and they reconnected the whole thing for $250. They are very responsive. The guys are easy to work with. They are punctual and they are very user friendly.

My wife and I have been in our home 11 years. We have never had our pump serviced, so I called Rain One to do a service check on it. The tech looked at it and thought it may have never even had the need to turn on, due to good drainage around the foundation. However, he did point out that it was the oldest pump he had ever seen. It was not a high pressure sales pitch to replace the pump in any manner and the tech said "it's completely up to you as to what you want to do". My wife and I thought even though the pump may still work, we should replace with a new one just to be safe. The job was done in less than 25 minutes and we are very satisfied with the work done.

I requested via their online correspondence for an appointment. Approx. one week later I received a call back from the Company. They came out as scheduled, explained all the details, and gave me the option of having them correct the errors in the system. They completed the work, and invoiced me at a late date. Their work is great, but was disappointed in the timing of the call back. THey are a bit higher than some of the irrigation Company's in the area, but wanting the job done right I will pay a bit more.

I've used Rain One since they put in our our irrigation system several years ago. They have done our start up and winterization since. They have always been prompt and courteous. This year we asked if they could add a head to get more water to our hosta bed and they were very accommodating. We will always use Rain One for our irrigation system recommend them highly for any sprinkling needs that you might need.

This company appears to be very professional and they remain on my list should I decide to install drainage pipes in the future.

Repairs and replacements well worth the cost

We've used Rain One Irrigation & Drainage Systems for several years. We're pleased with them. They've been very good. They fixed some things. We bought this house and there had been some issues, but they've been able to fix them. They're very thorough and made sure it was fixed correctly. They respond to questions. They're also trustworthy.

lBen and his team are truly well experts. He was able to locaate an old well head which the original installing company could not find. He was able to improvise a tool to access the very old pump, bypassing the manufacturer who wanted hundreds of dollars for a custom tool. This saved us big bucks. They were very prompt, friendly, and took time to answer all questions.All in all, superior all the way around.

It was a good experience. It was a fine experience and there was not anything bad. They came in lower than another company, but it stilled seemed a little pricey to me. It seems to be working fine. He was very responsive to the one issue we did have. I will use them again.

After the DirecTV guy clipped my downspout when trying to install the satellite dish on the ground I had no other place to call other than rain one. These guys came out on a Saturday afternoon to fix the problem while I wasn't even there and left me a bill. Very reasonably priced, very professional, and would absolutely use them again. They came through for me when I needed them for something even on a weekend. Thank you!

Jeff installed our system in 2006 and we have used his services every year since. We have them do our irrigation start up in the spring, do our back flow certification, and winterization in the fall. They do a great job, very proffessional and we would recommend their services to anyone.

Setup an estimate with Rain One via their Web site after finding standing water in my old line just outside of the sump. Tried snaking the line myself and could not get the old line to drain. Since this is a very important function of maintaining a home I opted to just have the line replaced before contacting anyone. Rain One was quick to call and setup an appointment to evaluate my situation and give me an estimate. Worked with Jeff and could not have been happier with his attitude and reassurance that I had contacted the right company for the job. Rain One arrived as scheduled and went right to work. I spoke with the foreman and was very happy with his professionalism and responses to my questions. They were very quick and performed the job as well as anyone could expect. I even had a Structural Engineer at my house for something unrelated during the install and he commented on the quality of their work as being excellent.
