Description of Work: The steering gearbox went bad so I took it in to be repaired they had it for almost a month because they didnt use the phone numbers provided I picked it up on 9th of July they told me it was repaired and everything else checked out good on the 11th of July I started to cut my grass and the mower started smoking and one of the belts broke causing the blades to hit each other at that time I could see loose parts on the deck where bolts or screws were missing I returned the mower to BUCKEYE POWER SALES on the 11th of July and showed them the missing bolts even though they had to drop the deck because that's what they told me had to be done to fix the gearbox they're saying that something else caused this damage and charging me another 500.00 dolars

Description of Work: My riding lawn mower was 10 years old and needed a tune-up. They didn't want to do it, they just wanted to sell me a new one. I had to go some where else. The other people did a great job.
