Awesome customer service! My husband purchased a chain saw last night, and when he got it home, he couldn't get it to start. I brought it in this morning, and the cashier lady ( very sweet but forgot to get her name) took me back to the service desk. Kaleb showed me the steps of how to start it, but it wouldn't start. Ron came out, took it with a smile and went around the corner and in a couple minutes, got it fired up again. (It was flooded) THEN, he came back ,showed me how to work it. They were SO friendly and genuinely happy to help. I appreciated my visit so much! Kudos to this store! Happy and eager employees are a result of owner/manager treating them right. THANK YOU!!

Went well. Had to take one back as it still had a problem, but they fixed it for no additional charge.

Excellent. When we dropped the mower off the staff person said we could probably go ahead with the tune up and most likely that would take care of the problem. This is a "package" service. For a flat $99 they do a complete overhaul of the mower including sharpening the blades. Buckeye took care of the tune up and whatever the issue was , it is now resolved. The mower is working better then ever. The funniest part was when they brought it out to my husband, he thought they were giving him the wrong mower. It looks brand new, and believe me, it didn't look that way when we brought it in!

They did their maintenance and discovered a sensor problem and realized I needed a battery. They came on 4/11 to the the maintenance, let them do work when I'm not home. They came back in early May to replace the part. I really like this company because the will service generators even if you didn't buy it from them

Great!! My lawn mower looks as good as new, and is running great!! For all the work that was done, I think it was very good value, and I will go back whenever I need any lawn equipment serviced or repaired.

We were not aware they had a no return policy when we bought parts for our mower. When I realized I had the wrong part I tried to return it, still unopened, and was told and quot;no returns on partsand quot;. Then paid them to come get the mower to repair and it took 2 weeks! They have good stuff, but my experience hasn't been great.

They repaired this snowblower 3 years ago (put in new carburetor). It quit working within a couple weeks of that repair; we found that the carburetor had not been tightened, so it vibrated loose, which damaged the carburetor, breaking the pick-up tube. We tried to fix it but it wouldn't run for more than a few minutes. We drained the fuel out and didn't use it for the next two winters, but this past winter we put gas in it and tried it again hoping we could adjust the carburetor and get it running. It still wouldn't run for any length of time so we took it in again. I explained that the pickup tube was broken (and why) and that it would start but not run very long. The person on the phone told me it probably needed the carburetor cleaned, apparently not hearing me repeat multiple times that we always drain the gas from it each season and used stabilized gas. Then the work order said and quot;won't start,and quot; even though that was not the problem. They rebuilt the carburetor and replaced the tube (again). I mentioned that I wanted to be sure that it would run for more than a minute, and the person I talked to on the phone said they would be removing all the gas and that I should not put fuel in and start it until next winter, and that even then there was no guarantee that it would run, because something might happen over the summer. (Like what?) Then he went on at some length about not leaving gas in the tank, not using old gas, not putting lawnmower gas in the snowblower. Honestly, I wonder if I got this lecture because I am a woman or is he equally condescending to all customers? The answer to that question might be found in this anecdote: when we bought a generator from them a few years back, we had done detailed calculations as to the size we needed, and we had decided that we wanted one big enough to run the whole house, including the AC. When we told the salesman what size we wanted, he replied, and quot;Why do you want one so big?and quot; We found his tone, also, to be condescending. We have had them repair other lawn equipment over the years, and sometimes they have been very nice, so it must depend on whom you talk to. But I will try someplace else from now on. It isn't so much about the work as the attitude.

I have an annual contract with them where the come twice a year and service my generator. They came when I asked them to and they did a good job.

Technician inspected the generator and found that wildlife had chewed through some wires. He made a temporary fix to show that the generator would otherwise run, but then left the generator in a non-functional state. For this we were charge over $527, and received suggestions for improvements and enhancements totaling $5,391.85. All we wanted was to get the generator working again, but ending up spending more than $500 with no change in the functionality of the generator. If I had a wiring diagram, I would fix it myself.

We received a letter from Honda about a recall on our generator. We took it to Buckeye Power Sales and they made the repair. Very nice folks!

It went fine - no fuss, no hassle. The service desk thought the problem could be more severe (they thought the crankshaft might have gone bad, too) and did a quick check to see if it was (if the crankshaft had gone, the mower would have cost about as much to fix as to replace, making the repair pretty much pointless). Fortunately, it was not. They thought a simple repair was needed, but told me it might be more difficult, costing me more. The estimated time it would take to repair it (2 weeks) was reasonable. It might sound long to some but my family is in this business in another state and this time of year is very busy - it could have been significantly longer. The call to pick up the mower came right on schedule and the problem had been easy to fix, so not too expensive. The grass, which had been getting long enough that I was getting jokes about my lawnmower being broken, is now cut.

I dropped the mower blades off at Buckeye power Equipment on Monday May 13. They servise person told me they would have them balanced and sharpened by 10:00 AM on Wednesday May 15. They called on Wedneday and stated the work was completed. I picked the blades upon Wednesday May 15. The sales person was friendly. I only waited a shorttime to payfor thework and return home.

I ask them to come at a certain time and day. They are very obliging. The come on time. They service the generator and do a good job.

Called and was able to get the mower in immediately.

Everything works great. This was like an every other year thing. I go there because they run a free pickup and delivery special at the beginning and they always know what their doing. It's a place that is approved by the manufacturers of almost every kind of mower, pressure washer, and all other small engine of I have purchased. Work has always been excellent.

They carry high quality brands, and the people are professional, competent, and responsive. They aren't necessarily the lowest price supplier, but the pricing is reasonable

i HAVE PURCHASED EQUIPMENT FROM BPS BEFORE. JASON IS MY SALESMAN AND HE IS VERY GOOD AT PROVIDING THE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SNOW BLOWER. THE SNOW BLOWER WAS ALL SET UP AND DELIVERED TO MY HOME.

As above. Pick-up/delivery driver verycourteous. Shop manager and repair tech were great and called with updates and estimates.
