My generator stopped working, it was the week that a bad storm had come thru central Ohio. I took the generator to another store with whom I was not pleased at all. I did some searching on Angie's list and found Buckeye Power Sales had some excellent reviews. I took the generator to them. They did require a deposit, but that amount was later applied to my total bill. They told me they would look at it and if it required labor more than $75.00 ( I think that's right) they would call me for approval before doing any work. They actually fixed the generator sooner than they had estimated, were very professional and willing to offer useful advice. I did not feel at any time that they were simply trying to find reasons to rack up unnecessary fees. I did refer a family member to them. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Buckeye Power Sales should the need arise.

They could have at least called me to explain the delay or tell me they didn't want my business.

I went into the store the prior week. I had researched the mower I wanted on the manufacturer's website. I spoke with Gary Conrad. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. I told him that I was not ready to make the purchase that day, and he was fine with that. A week or so later I phoned, and completed the transaction. He did not want to take my credit card information over the phone, he said I could provide it when it was delivered to my house. The delivery person showed up as scheduled a couple days later. He took all of my information, and the lawn mower was already assembled. He too was very friendly. A couple of days after that I got my receipt in the mail, as promised. The mower was more expensive than a 'big box' store mower, but you get what you pay for, and this mower works perfectly. Last year i purchased mower from a big box store and it was leaking gas right out of the box, and when I had it 'repaired' it wouldn't start at all. I highly recommend Buckeye Power Sales and their products.

Took lawn mower in. Gave me an estimate to repair after I explained problem. Said would call if repairs would exceed estimate. Said they were running about 2.5 weeks out for lawn mower repair. Repaired in less than 2 weeks and under estimate. Pleased with experience.

Fine overall just took a few days to get back to us with estimate and the service was going to be at least a week out.

puechased a stihl hand held blower and a top of the line honda lawnmower. very good place to do buiness. the sale person`s are very helpful and careing to make sure the equipment works and run before it leaves the store. buy lawn equipment at a big box store you are on your own

The lawn mower was rendered useless by overfilling of the oil and inadequate attempts to rectify the problem. The mower was taken to the repair shop where, but was given a 2 to 3 week estimate due to it being the beginning of spring. The repairs were completed quite well within a week.

They are great to work with. They are very professional and we are always satisfied with the service we receive from Buckeye Power.

I thought they were expensive, but he took the time to show my son how to do the repair for the second mower.

WE CALLED THEM FOR A QUOTE AND OTHER INFORMATION ON A GENERATOR. THEY PROMPTLY (SAME DAY) CALLED US BACK TO PROVIDE INFORMATION. FOR UNRELATED REASONS WE HAVE CHOSEN TO GO A DIFFERENT DIRECTION.

I, DROPPED MY LAWN MOWER OFF (IT IS A 52'' EXMARK HP). THEY HAD IT DONE IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO HAVE MAINTENANCE DONE HOWEVER IN THE SPRING TIME THEY ARE BUSY, AND THE WORK TAKES A LITTLE MORE TIME. THE ABOVE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE OF THE BELT($18) THAT I PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED.
