They were on time and very professional. We have used them in the past and we will continue because of the quality of their work and excellent service.

I called Western Window to come out and replace a few larges panes of glass that had fogged up from broken seals. I live in Macedonia (Summit County) literally 0.5 miles outside of Cuyahoga County. They said they would not come out because they only service Cuyahoga County. It must be nice in this day and age to refuse business like that. I guess that extra 1/2 mile would've eaten in to their profit margin too much! Instead I went with Castle Glass (much more professional by the way) who came out and took care of everything. I strongly recommend them instead.

I thought that we needed a new sliding screen door for the the back door. They said that they would come out and measure and make a new one. When the service man got here, he said we had the door on upside down and backwards (it had been like this for at least 4 years). He said they can fix the wheels and chnge the side the handle was on and the screen had holes and can be replaced. He said that I did not need a whole new door made. They always came within the window they told me and the screen works great now. I greatly appreciate their honesty.

They did very good work and everything functions. They cleaned up well and were easy to deal with. They were very prompt. I would hire them again.

They were pretty good and so was their responsiveness. They came to my home to give me the estimate. The price I paid was the exact price of the estimate. They were very nice and the estimate was free. They did the exact work that I needed done and I would use them again.

It went very good. They are very honest because they said we didn't need to replace them. He arrived promptly and was a very friendly man. They responded quickly and came out when we asked.

He was very organized and he did an excellent job. He didn't leave a mess for me to clean up and he really knew what he was doing. They are great at what they do.

I called on the April 18th and talk to Bill and he sent someone out on the 29th. Someone came out and said they would call back with an estimate and they have never called back.

I had an experience similar to another potential customer who submitted a report here. It is nearly impossible to schedule an appt. with this company. They will not come to your home after five and have no Saturday hours. My wife and I even offered to leave work to come and meet them, but they could only give us a 10 minute warning and would not wait at the site for us to arrive. I don't know how many people they have working phones, but the woman we spoke to was rude and argumentative and acted like we were bothering her. We'll just look elsewhere for a company with better customer service and more availability. I would never recommend Western Windows to anyone.

Called to get estimate and they needed to send someone out. They schedule estimates on Tuesdays. This would have been in a week. I understand then they would make what I needed in their shop. I was in a hurry so I called another screen company and was able to have everything made and installed before Tuesday.

They are beautiful, they were here when they said they would be. The amount charged was what the quoted. They were very courteous. The cost is for 5 half window screens. They did pick them up, which was an additional $45. Which was fine with me.

It's great to find a company that treats the customer as if they were important. That seems to be a rarity in this day and age. The estimate was right on and I feel I got more than my money's worth.

I was really impressed, because they made it possible for us to use what we already had. They knew what they were doing and the price was good.

They most professional people I have ever worked. They went above and beyond everything. Very clean.

Because of the age of this door, I was unable to find suitable replacement parts at any local hardware or home improvement retail stores. I actually thought I might have to replace the entire three-panel unit. I checked the internet and located their helpful web site. They claim to stock hard-to-find parts, so I gave them a call. I arranged with ''Larry'' to bring the door to their facility. Larry took us right away, performed the entire task in approximately 30 minutes, and now the door works GREAT! This local company has been in business since 1958. I highly recommend Western Window Service to anyone who needs window and sliding door service, and I also suggest checking with them before replacing your doors or windows, as they offer several economic remedies for common problems. You may wind up saving THOUSANDS of dollars, as I did. Parts and labor totaled less than $50.

It took a while to get the customized door. Once it was received, they scheduled a timely appointment. They called to indicate the time was between 14:00-1500. However, they had a cancellation and moved my time up to 12:30 - 13:00. The door installer didn't show until 14:00. He was carefule and meticulous about the install. He was finished by 16:00. That night, I was trying to figure out how to put screens up / down, but it wasn't working like my old door that was self storing. I called Holly at Western Window to ask if they had a door like mine in the show room. Two of the installers where they and they helped me figure out how to work with my self storing glass/screen. Because my door is customized, it worked a wee bit different. They were friendly and I was so happy to have them go over how the screen and glass should be moved.

They were very detail oriented and professional. They cleaned up well after themselves.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. I VISITED THEIR SHOWROOM TO SEE THE ROUND TOP DOOR AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A DETAILED ESTIMATE AND MEASUREMENT. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND EVEN CALLED AND CAME A DAY EARLY FOR THE INSTALLATION. WE ARE VERY PLEASED. THE ROUND TOP DOOR WAS CUSTOM-MADE AND WAS EXPENSIVE BUT THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND WHO COULD SUPPLY THIS PRODUCT IN THIS AREA.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, THEY HAVE A SYSTEM WHERE THEY COMMUNICATE HONESTLY AND REGULARLY WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AND WHEN. THEY WERE RIGHT ON THE MARK. THE DOORS FIT PERFECTLY AND WE LIVE IN AN OLDER HOME. IT IS A QUALITY JOB.

AFTER SOME INITIAL DIFFICULTIES IN ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE ABLE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT I COULD MEET. THEY CALLED BEFORE TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT, SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY NEAT, DID EXCELLENT WORK, AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY VERY POSITIVE. WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
