Description of Work: Mr. Russo checked my garage walls for a problem I was having with many small holes. He said that the problem was due to drywall pulling away from the nails and that he was very confident in his analysis. His usual charge for any service call is $30 but he was waiving the fee because it wasn't a problem that he could fix. It was very nice of him and so I gave Mr. Russo $10 to cover the cost of gas to come to the house which he didn't really want but thanked me the for $10. Wow I was so impressed by his honesty and I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I was woken up to cat chasing a mouse in the house, upon further review realized there was something in the walls of my bedroom, turns out it was hornets or wasps building a nest. Reliable, punctual and friendly service, would recommend to friends and family.

Description of Work: Could not use the front door due to huge yellow jacket nest. Emailed Al this day (Saturday), received a call and he was out within a few hours! Al described what he would do and also sprayed a cherry tree next to the door as he stated the YJ get their nest materials from the tree. For this price, we are covered for the season. Gave me his card and asked to call him with any problems. He was very thorough...even listened inside the walls with a stethoscope for YJ activity.

+ 0 moreWe purchased a 6 month contract (cheaper). This guy is GREAT. I have used ORKIN before and they are terrible (and much more costly). This gentleman from Express is easy to contact, emails invoices, and is pleasant. I would use them again in an instant (but hopefully never need to--ew gross mice!)
Description of Work: We had a mice issue (he found 8) in our basement, so we contacted him. He was prompt to respond, showed up on time, and pricing was very fair.

He was very good at explining what he was doing as well as what I can do to prevent the problem from happening again. I have not seen another ant in the house all summer.

+ -1 moreCalled on Monday wasn't sure if he would be able to come the same day. Called around five to apologized that he wouldn't make it. Called on Tuesday the next day and said he could be here in 40 minutes. 30 Minutes later I looked out the window and he was putting up his ladder. After his visit bees were very active. This morning a few bees were flying around. Now mid-afternoon of the next day not a bee insight. I had used this company once before two years ago and again I am pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Yellow Jacket nest under roof shingles of back porch was treated with spray and powder.
