Al was very helpful and friendly. We were referred to him by another client of his. He gave so many tips and pointers on what we can do ourselves to keep mice out of our house. He found a large hole that is an entry way to animals. Al described everything he was doing in great detail and answered our questions.

Al the owner came out the same day. We just moved into our new home and found bees in the siding by the front door. I am allergic to bees so Al came over ASAP. I will use this company every year. Great guy and good prices!

We have cats and the treatments are safe. They provide very good quality at a reasonable price. They were recommended by a friend who is also very happy with their service.

Al called us on his way over so that we could meet him at my mothers house. He was on time, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made sure that we understood what he was doing and gave us some tips to keep the ants out of the house. He even had covers for his shoes while he was inside the house.

Al is a great guy and very honest with his work. We had mice in the attic last fall. We called a national company and they told us that we had multiple signs of mice in the attics and the only way to remove the problem was to insulate our attic with their pest proof insulation and some bait stations. I wasn't too impressed with them so I called Express Pest. Al was very thorough and looked at both attic entrances. He told us that he didn't see any sign of mice in the one attic and only one tunnel in the other attic. He went on to say that he thought we had a very minor problem not an infestation like the other company tried to tell me. His solution was to do a six month service in which he would bait some traps and place them in the attic and around the home. He also looked around the house for any possible entry point. After the six months we are mouse free. Last month Al came to the house checked the traps and sprayed the house for bees. I really appreciate that he was very honest didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and actually talked me out spending more money. I was really kind of freaked when we heard the mice since this was a brand new house. Thankfully Al was able to fix the problem and not break the bank.

I contacted Express Pest Control and set-up an appointment for a Saturday to deal with our bee problem. He gave me an approximate time when he would arrive on Saturday afternoon. On the day of the appointment, he called me and said that he would arrive at my house within a half hour which he did. Upon arriving, he introduced himself and asked to survey the area where the problem was at (on the outside of the house). He also went into the house to determine whether or not the issue could be internal as well. After the survey, he explained what he was going to do for the bee issue and what results should be anticipated. He then proceeded to go to work on the issue. From the time he started until the time finished was under half an hour. Before he left, he told me if by chance the first application had not been successful to contact him in 2 to 3 days and he would return for a second application at no additional charge. This was not necessary as the first application worked as he had explained. After I paid him, he shook my hand and gave me a couple of his business cards and left. I found him to be prompt, courteous, and cordial in my dealings with him.

I called Al on a Saturday afternoon and he came out on Monday and took care of the problem. My dad also found yellow jackets in his house and I gave him Al's number and he took care of it. Friendly courteous and punctual. He charged $127.00 which I thought was a fair price.

It went very well. We called late on Saturday and he called us back Sunday to set up an appointment for Monday. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Arrived on time and dusted the affected area for bees.

Al showed up on time as scheduled. He inspected for entry points and placed traps and poisons for eradicate the problem. He was very informative and offered suggestions as to what I can do to prevent the problem. Although he thought he would have to come back in a few months to make sure the problem was cared for he did not schedule a date. He told me it was my call if he was needed again. I liked Al a lot.

Within days of calling for an appointment, Al was able to come out to the house. Called me to explain what he had found, and what treatment he provided. I have used Express Pest control several times - and they are always on-time and reasonable. They also help educate the customer so you can avoid calling them for the wrong problem. (For example, stink bugs do not breed in the house - if you have too many, its because you leave the door open too often). He also offers discounts for repeat customers.

Express Pest Control is great. It was the third time I used them and they're great. Whenever we have bees every year, I call. He's friendly and he comes the next day.

Al was thorough, punctual and explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect. Offered a verbal warranty and we are having him back to do an exterior treatment in the spring. Great individual.

The gentlemen was very neat and thorough. He informed me on everything he was going to do and spray. I had a dog at the time, and he told me which room my dog should be in while he was spraying. He got caught up on another job, and he called and informed me that he was running a little behind.

I was able to reach Al the Friday after Thanksgiving. He responsed on the first try, set-up an appointment with me for the very next day. He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficently. Al was a VERY pleasant person to work with, I wish everyone I worked with was this way. He was very knowledgable and I would highly recommend him. I had him for flea control as a result of my cats and it will take a couple weeks to see the results of his work but in any case, I liked working wiith him a lot.
