Description of Work: Rec'd a free estimate, and agreed to have the work done. Had several ares in family room, kitchen,dining room, and living room ,where drywall was cracking, and/or crumbling. Worker was punctual,friendly, and pre-prepared the rooms before beginning work. Also, cleaned up everything very well after the work was done. He accidentally broke a lamp, but re-embursed for it. I did notice a few days later ,when looking closer at the repair work, in several places there were small hairs caught in the areas where he painted. The worker had greyish, and very short hair, and that looked like what was caught in the paint. Also, I did not receive an itemized list of the work that was done, or a printed receipt (evcept my cancelled check) for the work that was done.

Description of Work: We originally tried to remove texture from ceiling in my dining room only to discover that I would be unable to have a flat ceiling due to previous patches done by former owner. Contracted American Plaster & Drywall to repair the area and match the texture. Guy W. called ahead to confirm appointment time was still good for us. He showed up on time and completed the project in the quoted four (4) hours - including clean up time. Guy was excellent and did a beautiful job matching the texture. He was extremely professional and we are thrilled with the result. I will definitely use them in the future when needed.
