Description of Work: Can't remember how much the deal was monetarily, but certainly more than reasonable. The 'Sweep" was courteous, business like, prompt, and efficient (finishing in a timely fashion). He left not a trace of dirt but infact a clean chimney. Very pleased.

Description of Work: They did great! the only thing that they did not look like they came to fix the chimney! I mean, I do not want to be rude, but they dressed in a dirty cloths (I understand it has to do with their job) but what about taking care of how you look! most likely I will not use them again.

Description of Work: We had a full chimney cleaning and inspection. Scheduling was within a very reasonable time frame and communication was easy. They were prompt, polite, thorough, and complete. They did not try to over-sell anything other than what we needed at this time, which was greatly appreciated. They even brought our attention to some bees going under the shingles, just so that we can be aware and act accordingly. We would recommend this company and plan to use them again for our own home.

Description of Work: Gary cleaned our fireplace and chimney and left us with a status report. He was careful to cover the carpet and surrounding area and there was no mess when he left. Gary was thorough and polite and we would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to others.

Description of Work: The chimney cleaning was only from the interior of my home. It sounded and looked as if it was going well. I paid extra for the chimney camera inspection. I was told the interior of my chimney looked okay. Their inspection was over. I was told there would be no inspection of the outside or crown of the chimney because the inspector had a bad back and could not climb a ladder. I considered the overall inspection only half done.
