Description of Work: We had a full chimney cleaning and inspection. Scheduling was within a very reasonable time frame and communication was easy. They were prompt, polite, thorough, and complete. They did not try to over-sell anything other than what we needed at this time, which was greatly appreciated. They even brought our attention to some bees going under the shingles, just so that we can be aware and act accordingly. We would recommend this company and plan to use them again for our own home.

Description of Work: The chimney cleaning was only from the interior of my home. It sounded and looked as if it was going well. I paid extra for the chimney camera inspection. I was told the interior of my chimney looked okay. Their inspection was over. I was told there would be no inspection of the outside or crown of the chimney because the inspector had a bad back and could not climb a ladder. I considered the overall inspection only half done.

customer wanted fireplace and flue cleaned and inspected. I cleaned out firebox and flue thoroughly. I sent camera up the flue to inspect the interior. Sometimes outside chimneys are hard to get to inspect because of how hard it is to get to the top safely. Customer paid for cleaning of the flue and inspection in which I performed.

I am not sure why I am receiving these types of reviews for services that are not included in my chimney sweep services. When customers purchase a chimney sweep from the Angie's List Storefront or from the Big Deal special, it is clearly stated that it does NOT include woodburning stoves or inserts. Therefore, I do not feel that I should be graded or reviewed on services that I do not provide.
