Description of Work: I bought my house six years ago and never had the chimney cleaned or used my fireplace, but after experiencing a fire at a friend's house, I was overcome with the need to have my fireplace ready for an upcoming party. Professional Chimney Service was very quick and friendly, and was able to squeeze me in later that week (the day before the party). Communication was great and friendly, and the cleaning was thorough. All of my questions were answered and the camera inspection was really interesting to see. The only downside was that I wasn't able to use the fireplace for the party, but only because of the crazy, unseasonably warm temperatures (almost 70 in December). I have used my fireplace many times since though, and continue to be impressed. I will definitely use Professional Chimney Service when it comes time for the next cleaning.
