The company was queried via e-mail on 7/11/07. Mr. Crispin called 7/12/2007 to offer a quotation and suggest a date and time he would be available. Since I wasn't sure what he might get into, M. Crispin agreed to do the initial cleaning and show me the video results before deciding whether more work is required. He arrived as promised at 11:30am on 7/13/2007. He used sufficient tarps to contain any dirt, and performed his work quickly and thoroughly. He then showed me the video results of his inspection and provided a detailed condition report that stated the fireplace, flue and chimney were in good condiiton. A very professional job, performed to our schedule.

He was very prompt, professional, and pleasant. He had to come back a second time because he didn't have everything he needed and he didn't complain about that. He was good and I really liked him.

Gary arrived on time, performed the work, was very knowledgeable, and also very personable. Being a Chimney Sweep is a ''dirty'' profession and he does a pretty good job of keeping the work area clean, and he even removes his shoes while in the house.

Came when scheduled. Two very polite gentleman completed job in about four hours. Their price was also lower than two other estimates I received.

Gary was responsive to phone calls / questions; his crew arrived promptly and cleaned up work area well.

GARY PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL, BUT EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS HE HAD ALREADY TAKEN ON. HE TOOK MY INFORMATION AND AGREED TO CALL BACK WHEN THINGS SLOWED DOWN.

GARY WAS VERY TIMELY IN HIS RESPONSE TO MY CALL. HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. HE PERFORMED A THOROUGH CLEANING OF MY DRYER VENT. THERE WAS A BIG IMPROVEMENT IN MY DRYER'S PERFORMANCE AFTER THE EXHAUST VENT WAS CLEANED.

COMPANY MADE A RETURN TRIP TO INSTALL CAPS AND SCREENS AFTER WE PRUNED A LARGE TREE THAT PREVENTED THEM FROM GETTING LADDERS UP TO CHIMNEY TOP, NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SECOND TRIP.

THEY CALLED BACK AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. VERY CLEAN.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL PROFESSIONAL, VERY GOOD CLEAN UP, LAID DOWN CLOTHS.

THEY WERE REALLY SUPER! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT!

HE WENT FAR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY BY DOING EXTRA WORK AND NOT CHARGING ME FOR IT. HE HAD EXTRA MORTAR THAT HE PUT TO GOOD USE.
