Very nice work. Looks good, completed promptly. Gary was professional, communicative, interested, and pleasant. He came to do the estimate the day after I called.

I needed the work done as soon as possible, he was out the next day, on time. He was very personable, friendly, helpful, clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would recommend highly.

Gary was responsive and professional. He stayed in touch via cell phone providing updates, both when discussing what work was needed and as work progressed. Work was done over the course of a week making adjustments for weather and a special order, oversized cap.

Gary gave me a price over the phone and we sheduled a date for the work to be done. Because of rain we had to reshedule. They showed up when they said they would, did the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwords. They also took all the debris with them. Very nice job.

I selected two top-rating companies from the List to take a look at my chimney and to give me an estimate. I hired Professional Chimney because Gary took the trouble going up to the roof to have a close look at the problems while the other guy gave me the estimate without even climbing up to the roof to see the problems, so he did not see the broken tile. Gary and his helper spent 6 to 7 hours on this project. I would say the work is very thorough. I can't wait for the heavy rain or storm to come to test the job. They even spent some time spraying and washing the roof after the job was done. Gary is one of the best contractors I have ever used. You can see the job in the before and after pictures i attach.

Arrived on time and did a good job cleaning chimney and did an examination with a camera. Explained problem areas and gave advise for preventive maintenance. Did an excellent job cleaning up. Highly recommend this company.

Mr. Crispin and his assistant spent half a day here. They were professional and courteous. All work done was excellent quality.

I called him and he responded the same evening. He was very flexible in setting up the appointment. He arrived punctually as agreed, prepared everything and got to work. He needed to come back for the second appointment to correct some loose chimney bricks in small areas on bottom of chimney and top of chimney. He was not able to set up the second appointment right away, but then he initiated the follow-up to complete the job once the weather turned good a week later. I paid 265.00 for both appointments together. Overall it was a very smooth transaction. I liked that he followed-up by himself and that he responded fast to my initial contact.

I originally called Gary because my hot water tank was not exhausting properly through the chimney flue. He returned my call quickly and asked a couple of basic questions to ensure that he had the right materials with him to complete the job in one trip. He also provided pricing over the phone. He came out within a couple of hours and checked my fireplace and hotwater tank flues from basement to roofline for blockage. He cleaned out the hot water tank flue and removed a large dead bird. Gary also installed chimney caps to keep animals out and recommended a chimney cleaning for next year based on the level of soot he observed in the fireplace chimney.

I had a problem with an animal, a squirrel falling into the chimney. I called Critter Control and they checked it out and informed me that the squirrel got himself out, but the flue pipe/tile was in bad shape (the reason why my cap did not stay on). I called Professional Chimney Service and he gave me an estimate on Friday. Gary Crespin, the owner, told me that he could do it Saturday AM. I wanted to get the cap back on as soon as possible before I had another animal visitor. He arrived on time Saturday morning at 9:30 and got the job done. I am well please with his work.

They cleaned two of our chimneys that hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. They did a very good job and didn't leave a mess. They were really nice. They were happy to get the job. We've had no problems since they were here.

He was superb. He came right away even though he was busy. He fixed it quickly and came back later to put on a cap. Very pleasant to have in the house.

They were great. He was extremely responsive to my call. They came when they said they would. The clean was wonderful and he even vacuumed. I was pleased with his work.

This company was very responsive to my phone call and came out within a day or two of my calling. Gary moved the dryer and removed the exhaust hook up. He cleaned out into the dryer as much as he could and then cleaned out the duct going up the wall and through the ceiling. He was very efficient in his work. He replaced the dryer properly and left the property in an acceptable condition.

Gary was prompt, thorough, courteous and professional. He explained the process, alerted me to his movements from laundry room to basement to outside, and showed me that the work was thorough and complete.

Mr. Crispin arrived ahead of the appointed time, which was fine because I was home. He did the work efficiently and neatly. He politely answered all of my questions and allowed me to watch the camera inspection, which was interesting. Can highly recommend this young man (whom I found on Angie's List) and his work.

Gary was actually a bit earlier which was fine, but he did call first to make sure this was not a problem. He was very professional, kind and courteous. He did a thorough job, and left the fireplaces and surrounding area very neat and clean. I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone and would hire Gary again. Great Job!

Overall not a great experience. The appointment was at 4pm, I left work 2 hours early and have no PTO time left at work. The contractor called at 4:20 to cancel the appointment. He stated his camera equipment was not working. Although when he spoke with the camera repair rep he did not know how long the repair process would take. "I don't know when this is going to be fixed" is not something you want to hear from a contractor. No effort was made to make arrangements to complete the work.

Gary always continues to amaze that he can fit us in to his busy schedule so quickly. He is efficient and completes the job in a timely manner.

Gary initially came to inspect all the work and gave me an estimate. I had 3 people come to inspect the work and give estimates. I chose Gary because he seemed very knowledgeable and had excellent reports on Angie's List. He was punctual, worked hard and cleanly and was a pleasant person to have around. The only problem we had was with the manufacturers of the stainless steel plate, it had to be custom made and they sent the wrong one! It held us up a bit, but as soon as it arrived Gary immediately came to install it, which he did early on a Sunday morning. All in all, Gary did a great job and we thought it was a v. fair price for all the work involved. We'd highly recommend him to anyone for chimney cleaning and repair work.
